I would like to share my wonderful experience with Brick specifically sales person Sabrina, we went there to get quote for our kitchen appliances but ended up buying everything from there. Sabrina helped me thoroughly in this process and guided me really well. She has given us huge discounts and her price beat all competitors by far. Most important thing they have all kitchen appliances in stock and I am going to get all appliances when I need.

Purchase of genuine leather love seat at The Brick. Vee had provided very helpful advice to assist our decision. She is knowledgable on the product with illustration on the lay out and furniture arrangement which very helpful.

Would love to rate this higher! Sabrina at The Brick in Heartland was superb! We bought a grey Carter 2 sectional and love it. She was knowledgeable, friendly, worked with us, and was NOT pushy. We had a unique situation with gift certificates from my company's rewards site and she helped us resolve it easily. She has even followed up to see how would like it! Would purchase again from her!

If I could give Manny more than 5 stars then I would as he is truly deserving. I went in on a Saturday to look for a new mattress and Manny was instrumental in the process of assisting me in finding one. Very polite, professional and personable. Purchased a swivel nest chair from the Heartland location in Mississauga, and am extremely satisfied with the purchase! The chair is high quality and very comfortable. Shout out to Anurag, who helped us out with the purchase of the chair and some accessories, for his excellent customer service. Would visit again!

In our visit today Vee assisted us in making a purchase. She has great knowledge about the products and deals and helped us purchase the best maitress in our budget and bed frame matching that. I bought a TV in January and received great service from Bhushan Vajaria. At the time I also enquired about a new matress. Bhushan knew that I wasn't buying that day, but took the time to explain the features of a few different types of Matresses! My wife and I came to look at mattresses and Bhushan explained all of the features for me and my wife. He is a very thorough salesperson and did not pressure us and showed other options to allow us to make the best selection for us. We bought a wonderful matress, new boxspring, new pillows and bed frame and matress cover! An absolutely wonderful experience! Thank you very much, Bhushan!

Went in with my fiancée to look at some appliances and furniture for our new home. Vee greeted us and told us all the important information about their upcoming sale, and offered help with anything we needed. She then left us to browse at our own discretion without any pressure in buying anything.
