I was attended fast. I was renovating my passport. I did had all my documents ready. Just make sure to have read their website with some frequency because they change their service rules sometimes. It happened to me that the Consulate is by appointment from this March 2nd, 2023. I did not had an appointment but since people failed to arrive on time I had the possibility of solving my problem.
For this service you need a copy of your Cuban Birth Certificate, and the form printed on both sides of just one sheet of paper. You also need to pay with DEBIT card using your PIN number, Tap is NOT allowed. Just be clear on all requirements so you be stress free.

It's less busy around noon as most people have been already served. Just keep in mind the business hours ( open until 1 and closed on Wednesday).

I went there to get marriage papers, they were very helpful and put me in touch with a lawyer who helped me through the entire process. I was in and out in 15 mins, not sure why so many bad reviews. Compared to the consulate in Cuba ? haahahahahah it was amazing!

people are very cooprative they helped me and fill out my form and they give me visa withen 30 minat there was also so many peoples they have quick service to issue visa,i like thair services.
