Care Plus I.D.A. Pharmacy

I required an over-the-counter medication for my grandchildren that was sold out everywhere. I happened to be in the area of Mississauga, where I thought to drop by the IDA Care Plus Pharmacy. Like others, the owner/pharmacist, Magued Zekry, could not keep the medication in stock and was sold out. He was kind enough to let me know that he had a shipment coming in and to come by later in the week. I returned, and to my delight, he had it and sold me two bottles. He was decent, kind, knowledgeable and invested in ensuring I was able to retain it. I won’t hesitate to recommend his pharmacy as his integrity is in short order these days, and it is the beacon from which he operates. Thank you, Magued.

Hello Everyone!

I am writing this note to share my views and infirm the people about customer service of this pharmacy which I got 2 days back. We have moved from Calgary to Mississauga just 4 weeks ago. I am an artist , a painter therefore I would say I have a sensitive heart. I acknowledge every smallest good deed of anyone and then never forget that. What happened was that being new in this city, I just googled and found this pharmacy near my apt building at Eglinton Ave W, where we are staying temporarily. I contacted the pharmacy for some medicine over the phone and went there, the way the whole staff welcomed me and facilitated me in getting my medicines was really awesome. After one day, I got COVID and was totally isolated in my apt. I called the pharmacy , the gentleman who is the owner of the pharmacy , Mr. Magued, helped me so much that he arranged delivery right up to the door of my apt , he even arranged some of those medicines which were initially not available with him. And that really helped me in restoration of my health. I am really thankful to him and Ms.Nernine there on the counter. Both are fantastic people. He told me that he was doing everything not only for business but for helping people. It connected me so well and I understood his philosophy because I am doing the same with my artwork. Not only making and selling paintings but helping people getting happiness, meditation and peace through my art work. I am referring this pharmacy to my huge audience on my Facebook ArtByZahidSiddique as I always try to introduce And encourage all good people through my online audience. Thank you so much . My appreciation for the care I received at IDA pharmacy at 46-480 Eglington Ave. West Mississauga and give credit when due. Previously booked three separate appointment for a phizer booster shot elsewhere only to be told they are out of Phizer I lost hope for the Phizer till my neighbor mentioned Care Plus IDA Pharmacy at the above address with NO appointment. I walked in and was greeted by the Pharmacist gentleman name Magued and his assistant Nazli the most beautiful and proffessional people you ever want to meet I got Phizer in my arm. I recommend this pharmacy to all my friends and family

Professional, caring pharmacist who goes the extra mile to ensure there is proper service for the patients. Clear communication and efficient, too. Very good waiting space. I wish I had known this place earlier, it could've saved me the hours of slow service and disorganization I endured at a couple of other pharmacies.

How lucky am I that I found the BEST doctor AND pharmacist in the same building!? Thank god. After years of living in Mississauga and travelling back to ny family doctor and pharmacy in Milton for my medical needs because I couldn't find anyone here. I found this clinic and pharmacy. So happy! Nothing but the best!

The pharmacist worked tirelessly to give walk in customers their boosters. The young woman at the register too promptly answered all calls within seconds no matter how many they received in the four hours I witnessed as I waited for my turn. The high counters however hide the person behind them and any customer entering is lost for few seconds as to where or whom to walk up to for services. Clean toilets. Around 15 chairs in waiting area. The only downside was that after a four hour wait my husband was refused the vax as he had his previous two outside Canada. Wish they had checked that earlier so he wouldn’t have had to wait four hours to hear this snd go back empty handed.

Rude and unprofessional. We called for vaccination appointment and told to call the following day. The next day, this lady said there's no availability, to call the following day and hung up when we tried to clarify.
