Simcoe Town Centre

This mall is like a time capsule... Cobble stone floor pavers from the 80s. Neon lighting... Many empty store fronts... Kids rides are 1$ a piece with a few to choose from .. big planters with seating. Even a mock food court, only one choice but the menu is vast . Lots of quarter vending machines, the kind you have to turn with a crank. Not the fancy mechanical kind .. bring change!!! That being said... This mall is great... It's kept clean and there is a security guard present. Not sure why more businesses don't open there but it could be a gold mine for the right one. Free parking... Grocery stores .. dollar store .. some clothing stores and phone outlet. If you want nostalgia you have found it!

I come for the Giant Tiger and the Food Basics and BOTH always have everything I could want food or otherwise.

We took the time to try the new RESTAURANT IN THE MALL. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE FOOD IS TOTALLY AMAZING. WE WILL BE BACK THANK YOU.

Convenient having grocery store, laundromat and Gaint Tiger and more and now a Mexican food place !

Very clean and well run.

This mall has very little selection left but enough stores to get you a small selection. Just don't shop at reitmans I had a bad experience when I took my daughter in for a dress for a Christmas party and I will not go back. Giant tiger has a decent selection which is also still here at the mall. Ardenes is another one of my faves to shop at because they always have some of the cutest stuff.

It's a good shopping centre for Simcoe! Food Basics, Ardene, etc.
I don't have much to say about it, but I definitely recommend.

Simcoe is a town divided into many areas, the rich, the needy, the retired, the youth .Having said that Giant Tiger & No Frills have been Simcoe Malls ANCHOR. They have been providing food in our bellies for over 20 years, GT. also has been clothing us and always providing seasonal goodies. Thank you .

Small mall with a Giant Tiger and Food Basics

Lots of options, and our cashier was friendly quick to run our order through.

A few stores closed but there's a great Giant Tiger there.

This place has really cleaned its self up, and is offering great fresh produce. We love the sales

Their sour dough bread was fabulous, and I'll be back to purchase more of such a nice variety of baked goods.

Food Basics takes precautions regarding Covid-19. Security outside and the staff in the store are very conscientious. Very good!

Best choice in price.

I am happy we have such a nice Food Basics in town. I always see nice things on sale & even got a Hyacinth plant for $3.99
