Great place. Very clean units. A bit pricey but still cheaper than the competition anywhere around it. Great location and awesome communication. Note: email communications are sent out so make sure you save the email address as a safe sender so you don’t miss anything. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking!

This was a great service! Recommend for anyone looking for a secure spot to store their items. The set up process was simple and user friendly. They communicated effectively with any information I needed. The unit was clean and great size for what I needed. I really appreciated that my unit was raise off the ground and rubber sealed, so there was no chance of outside impact to damage my goods. They were easy to get ahold of whenever I needed support. Really appreciate having rented a unit from them and would definitely do so again if the situation required it.

This storage facility is the cleanest and the best that I have experienced. It is also very accessible. Chris is quite courteous and professional. If there is an issue, he responds in a reseasonable time with a positive out come. I would recommend this facility.

Great storage unit, affordable and effortless. We packed our stuff before we left for Northern Ontario, and it was safe when we got back and moved to the Maritimes. Their online platform is east to use, and the customer service is great!

Chris, the new owner was very accommodating and was willing to work with us regarding our move out date as we needed some flexibility with the date. Never had any problem accessing the storage. Chris the site manager is knowledgeable and responded to questions quickly by phone, text and/or email. The lockers and grounds are clean and well maintained. Great experience, would definitely rent from Mini 101 again.
