I wont take my Mastercraft anywhere else. Pete is a beauty and has extensive knowledge and experience with these types of boats. I used to have a 2 stroke outboard speedboat and they were great with that boat as well. Gord up front is great with accessories and setting a guy up. Ruth and Connie are both a pleasure to deal with. We have a short season and downtime is a bummer. These guys are here to keep that to a minimum!

I brought my boat to Tournament Marine for repair after another dealer cost me thousands in poor work and stranded me on the water twice with my family. Tournament marine folks were honest and upfront about the work to be done and explained the cost thoroughly. I work out of town and they accommodated me for pick up times. Communication was excellent. I have not had a chance to use the boat since repair but would recommend them for the quality I have seen this far. Thank you for relieving the stress of repair and taking pride in your service to customers.

Have an older boat that nobody whated to look at , tournament had not problem working on it . They went through everything to make sure it was safe and seaworthy.i would definitely recommend them

Staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and eager to help. I drove all the way from Peace River to Stony just for the service. It was worth the drive.

Had a bunch of work done on my Suzuki 15 hp 2007 marine motor. Place is very organized and staff are super to deal with. I was updated regularly on parts ordered. Service tech updated me on what the motor needed and what should be changed or repaired. This place is well run staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Nice to deal with a family run business.

The front desk at the service department were friendly and knowledgeable. I was getting a service on an old (1984) Evenrude 15 horse outboard motor. They listened carefully to my concerns about it, and added other important things to consider.
The service was quick,(3 days) and advised me about fixing up such an old motor. The cost was reasonable and up front , no hidden surprises. A pleasant experience.

Amazing people to deal with and amazing service! They got us in short notice and their mechanic hustled on a Saturday before his vacation to get us the boat in time for our vacation. Had problems with my G2 250 E-etc. called Service and was passed on to Don right away. Once they found out I’m located in Inuvik, I was immediately helped over the phone. Pictures and tech support which helped me get the problem figured out. I purchased a service manual and I asked to pay for an hour of his time. As I know his time is valuable. I’ll have my manual in a week. I was only charged for 1/2 hour.
These guys did a major overhaul of another boat of mine a couple seasons ago. Service and workmanship was awesome. As was everyone that works there.
Very rare to find good folks like this anymore. I’ll definitely be dealing with them again and highly recommend you do too

Once and awhile you come across a business that just performs above and beyond the rest. Tournament Marine & Powersports is one of those businesses for me. Pete, Connie, Troy and the whole crew have become my trusted go to for our boat maintenance & performance. Mid summer our steering cable broke & I was worried about losing precious summer days waiting for a repair. Tournament went above & beyond & got us back On the water within days. I went to this store the other day for a kill switch. The ladies were so helpful, friendly, and knew their stuff. My wife and I just picked up our new 2022 Tahoe pontoon boat. The team at tournament was outstanding to deal with, as well as the factory representative from Tahoe. I worked as a boat technician for almost 20 years and found them knowledgeable and honest. Every step of the process was easy to deal with, from negotiation to pick up of the boat. I am happy to endorse their business fully. Believe me when I say “they know what they’re doing”.

I had a problem with my boat a week before the August long weekend, I took it there on Saturday morning and they had it fixed by Monday afternoon! I have had my boat serviced there before with excellent work as well! I will not hesitate to bring my boat there again, I do have to mention it was a 3 hour drive from Airdrie Ab! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and very polite! If you need work on your boat, this is definitely the place to get it serviced!!

Awesome staff. Very experienced and top shelf service. I highly recommend these guys for boat servicing or even misc. ski related gear. I have had bad experiences at other marine shops but after dealing with the guys at tournament, not only my general Boat engine knowledge has increased and confidence overall, but I feel a lot better about my family’s overall safety on the water. Thanks a lot guys for helping make a gloomy year turn out to be a lot of fun for the kids.

Have purchased parts and accessories from Tournament several times over the past few years. Finally had occasion to have my boat services this past fall and the experience was tremendous. I have had issues with other places in the past and the staff here were first class all the way. Had a lengthy wait for parts and was worries my boat was going to freeze up but they reassured me it was winterized and all taken care of, in good hands and when the part finally arrived it was quickly dealt with and returned to me. Highly recommend Tournament for all of your boating needs. I'll be back.

Tournament Marine keeps our classic big displacement 2 stroke outboard in tip top shape. Gord provides honest and practical advise and reasonable service. Will not go anywhere else.

Bought my Seadoo , and pontoon there. Wakeboard and bindings/boots were on sale and again staff is hands on and very knowledgeable.
