Dragonfly Haven Therapeutic Farm

We almost didn't come this afternoon because we didn't think we would have time. I am so happy we did. The 6 of us got to enjoy the beautiful animal farm. The owner gave us a quick tour and let the kids run free. The goats, pigs, bunnies, and horses were so gentle and happy. You can tell they take great care of the animals. The barn walls are chalked and decorated as a welcoming invitation to kids. We would love to come visit again when they move to their bigger farm.

First time visit and I was not prepared for how wonderful it would be. The owner was friendly and welcoming, the staff of kids was so great to see!
Close to the city but far enough it's a nice drive. The animals are beautiful and friendly. It really is therapeutic to be able to engage with them on that level. It's clear how much love and care these animals recieve.
Both my kids (4, 13) had so much fun. Lots of places to sanitize and clean up. Washroom available on site.

Can not say enough positive things about Charlotte and her farm. I wish it was closer to home, we would visit so much more. As someone who suffers from Anxiety disorders, the amazing, unique, relaxing experiences that you get here, every single time, are worth much more than the entry fees that are charged. The word Therapeutic in the name is 100% accurate. The planning of the entries and the lack of crowds make for a MUCH more enjoyable visit. Seeing how the animals are loved and cared for is so heartwarming. It's evident they are all a part of the family.
We even had the amazing experience of bringing Ralphie home for a night, something that my whole family will remember FOREVER. I am grateful for Charlotte, her volunteers and her farm. ❤

Such fun to be a child again and visit with the animals. I had never met a goat or a pig in person before. Everything was clean and the animals feel content and we cared for. You can enter the pens if you want but we did not. Two full size horses, one small horse with a baby pony, lovely friendly donkeys, a lovely cheeky goat, rabbits to hold, a guinea pig too. Fun to be among the animals. Wish I was as brave as a child. Will go again and try to be braver and enter the pens.

Best place to relax. Kids will really enjoy the visit. Especially petting bunnies and guinea pigs

Therapeutic to say the least! Beautiful owners, they are friendly and sincerely and just want people to enjoy themselves, feel comfortable and love the animals. We will be regular visitors! 1 hr from Dartmouth. Thanks for an amazing experience! ❤

My family and I had such a magical visit here. You can cuddle all the animals. The owners are awesome. Lots of shaded space, animals well kept, hand washing stations, public bathroom, feed for animals, brushes and toys for animals, and family friendly!!

Charlotte is a wonderful woman who loves to share her animals. The barns are clean and the animals are well loved.

We had such a wonderful time and would have stayed all day but had other plans as well.animals were so sweet and cuddly. Absolutely loved snuggling with black and white bunny. So many kisses.cant wait to get back again

Tranquil small farm. Able to hold and pet animals. Great place to relax and chill. Owners are super chill and very friendly. Great spot for all ages to reconnect. And very inexpensive compared to other therapeutic farms.

Life here has a pace and peace we all need a little of. Anyone who can go should go. It's a reset button for urban life.

Amazing staff and animals! Such a beautiful clean set up for all the animals, local art makes it feel so welcoming. My bf gets super excited and the animals were so loving if his hugs and kisses. Incredibly therapeutic for both us. The animals love the attention, it is an amazing place!

We took the kids here last weekend and absolutely loved it! You can interact with all of the animals and the place is so friendly and inviting. We will def be back!

I went with a group of my family and it was so, so fun! All the kids loved being able to get up close to the animals. Our guide, I forget her name, was so accommodating and helpful, she even got my kids cups from the main house for them to have some water. She was also very informative and taught us a lot during our visit. The guinea pigs were a huge hit, while I enjoyed the pigs and giving Elmo a belly rub! I definitely recommend the farm to get an up close visit some beautiful animals, and learn a lot from the very friendly and knowledgeable staff!
