We we're staying by Invermere for a few days when my rear driver side brakes seized up on friday around noon, I went to Cleanline Automotive because they had amazing reviews.
So I was really hoping they could fix it that afternoon, because we were returning home to Calgary in the morning. I explained to Adam the service advisor the problem he said they were busy but was going to try to get our vehicle later that day, so I left my number and he called me an hour later to bring my vehicle in, my rear brakes and rotors were fixed in 2 hours . We are very grateful that Adam got our Suv in so we can get home. Great service definitely recommend this shop. Very professional, excellent service and quality work. Thank you

First experience with these guys was outstanding! Alison was fantastic since the moment I phoned in. They got me booked in quickly and were able to fix my air conditioning after a few hours of being in the shop. I recently had the A/C “fixed” at a Squamish dealership and I paid a huge bill and they didn’t fix a darn thing. Cleanline gave me a small bill and fixed the problem right away! The real time text update system and car report they send you is also super impressive!

If I could give this business a higher star rating I would! Our family was on the first day of our three week camping trip to Invermere when the windshield wipers quit working. Cleanline was the only local shop that would accommodate us to look at the truck. From the outset the experience was excellent. Initially it appeared that the wiper motor would have to be replaced. This would have been close to a $600 touch. However when the technician was working in the vehicle he noted that there was a short from a new alarm system we had installed. They charged us a hour and a half worth of work. The shop could have easily charged us for a new motor and we would would have known! Great service and integrity!!!!!

Excellent shop with even better staff! I broke down in my 1980 Campervan (Alice) on a road trip from Alberta just coming in to Radium and was towed to Invermere. Cleanline was the only shop that would accommodate me the next day. They graciously allowed me to sleep in their parking lot for 3 nights with my dog while they fixed her all up and went above and beyond to get us back on the road. The owner and all the staff and mechanics were kind and communicative! Would recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

Amazing customer service! My son was out of town on a ski trip and had terrible grinding noises one of the rear wheels. Clean auto helped out at moments notice. Their web interface kept us up to date with all the work and made it really easy to pay. At no point did they try and upsell us on unnecessary services. I can’t wait for the rest of the industry to catch up, they really are doing things differently. Thank you!! What could have been a nightmare a shady garage turned out to be no harder than ordering pizza.

I took my newly acquired car into Cleanline for an oil change and an overall diagnostic check. They got me in quickly and and I felt they were very thorough with the inspection. Alison went through everything with me and I was on my way in a couple hours. I will definitely be a ‘regular’.

If there is anyone in the area that is looking for a really great, honest and quick shop then this is the place. I took my Nissan in for a cv boot and sway bar link to be replaced and had it done quickly and efficiently. They’re super kind and knowledgable!!

As always these guys are awesome and quick and straight to the point or problem. Love dealing with them when it comes to my veichle. And Alison is amazing to deal with as well friendly, efficient, knows her stuff, and very kind!

The fact I can only give this place 5 stars, sucks. I have never been to a mechanic that is more knowledgeable or friendly in my life. Our campervan ABS system went down as we rolled into invermere and we were unable to drive. We called the shop and dealt with Alison who was a absolute pleasure from start to finish. They fit us in their busy schedule the same day and found the problem. Within 2 days the part was fully installed and we could continue with our trip. I wish we lived in invermere full time so I could finally have a mechanic I trusted. Any work you need done should be directed to them with full confidence.

They were quick at replying with an inspection and list of repairs that need to be looked after. Booked the first repair for wheel bearing replacement in a timely manner and completed the work when promised. Have set the second appointment for a time convenient for me

I used a tow service for over 300km to take my truck to an automotive shop I can trust - Cleanline Automotive. They were able to diagnose the problem and make repairs within 1.5 days - without a scheduling an appointment, which was really appreciated. They do a thorough inspection and make recommendations for only things that are needed. I always enjoy my visits - very helpful and friendly staff. Knowledgeable mechanics.
When you find a shop like this it is a keeper. I boast about them all the time.

Jan 2022 once again with a different vechicle - Happy Customer - Smelled oil drove to Cleanline. They check, saw the problem, ordered parts and in a short time it was fixed good.

I love my car and always go to Cleanline for all maintenance. They are friendly, accomodative, clean, and expert mechanics. I can count on them to keep me on the road safely, through our often dangerous winter conditions. As well, I believe I get good value for the cost.

Adam is a great service rep. His communication was timely, professional, specific and accurate. The work done by the mechanic was top quality. Loved the video inspection report to show where they found issues with suspension bushings being worn out - I would have never found that on my own. The estimate was exactly what the final bill was - no surprises.

I've been coming to this garage for 4 years now and I'll never go anywhere else. The team here always makes sure you are well taken care of. The service is always top notch and they make sure nothing is left unchecked. Continued loyal customer.

Cleanline delivers again! Alison fit me in despite my super tight timeline and arranged the courtesy car for me. Aaron went through my inspection sheet like always, answered my questions, gave great advice, used the correct specific oil for my VW (without me having to ask!), and smiled the whole time. Pleasant, painless, and professional. I love these folks :)

The most important thing for me, as a single gal, is to know that I can trust the service I get. And I feel confident that they will never pad the list, they are up front with everything they come across, and I love that they send you a link to review the work that was done, and show pictures before you pay the bill! How cool is that!? Super professional, and friendly!!

Friends directed me to Cleanline and I have never looked back. I love that when I drop my car off there I know that I am always getting a truly thorough inspection and feel confident that my vehicle is in good working order. The mechanics have always provided friendly, detailed explanations of the issues with my car, sourced out various price points for replacement parts and laid out the issues (from most pressing to those that can wait a little longer).
