Dr. Patrick Wu genuinely cares for his patients and goes above and beyond to take care of them. His work is detailed and quick! After going to see him the first time and calling in to let him know that my tooth was still aching he immediately set up another appointment to fix/care for the issue. Even after fixing issue he still made sure to follow-up with me to see how I was doing!

Dr. Wu was very clear in explaining his diagnosis and the procedure(s) he suggest we take. It was very evident that he wanted me to have no uncertainties in what the issue was and how he would like to solve it. His assistant team was always very considerate and kind, making every visit a pleasant experience. His receptionist Kathy was always so cheerful, and was very considerate in following-up for upcoming appointments at least two business days prior.

I would highly recommend anyone with any dental problems to see Dr. Wu and his team. I won't be looking for another dental clinic as long as I'm still in the area!

剛去拔掉智齒，醫生跟助理都很溫柔，不會不耐煩，讓人很放心。

I had my wisdom tooth out by Doctor Wu, him and his assistant are extremely patient and very gentle with me. Good experience!

Terrible service, ripe off. Witnessed how they ripped off a senior for $4000 over with their implant failure. And charged me for nothing, just to take a look but refused to provide service because he said he’s not capable because my mouth is too small that he has to refer me to someone else, but his receptionist insisted charged me for his this kind of service with such a talk.
I still have the phone recording of his talk. It is disgusting, not a professional dentist will do that.
Don’t go there, you won’t get the proper help.
I got hold of that senior, I will help him to go further action for how he’s treated.
Dr Wu’s reply is a lie. There’s no free implant, anyone knows. I will never said that. Dr Wu’s is not truthful of his service and dental knowledge, only a bluff to trick the public, don’t fall for that. There are so many dentist to choose, so many good ones, not to this one who is so unprofessional, will exaggerate your dental condition to caught you pay non stop. He did implant for that senior but it failed. When fixing he never admitted his fault, make tons of excuses to put him down, then charged him another big bill, and gave a little discount say as a favour. It was thousands each time.
He only opened my mouth and told my mouth is too small, he’s not able to do anything. Not even a minute he made such talk refused with denture or implant because he’s not capable due to my mouth too small but still charged me $40 for his insult.
My mouth is normal size. I never had such experience in any dentists for my whole life. I was at the UBC student dental, they even have better service and knowledge than Dr Wu.
