Bought a place from a client of Lee Smithson. His lack of attention/lying?? caused a bit of panic a couple of times. Myself and my realtor noticed that the foundation was not the material stated. He said he had noticed - after the listing being up for over a year - but hadn't changed it. He took more than a couple days to return messages. There was information I needed for home insurance to complete the mortgage and I never did get it despite my realtor asking multiple times so I have to guess. They did not provide a RPR and he balked at providing Title Insurance. He made the process very stressful. Thank goodness our own realtor was excellent!

At the final walk through he asked if we had found Jesus and bragged about how many places he has sold. So unprofessional.
