An amazing store that needs to be visited ASAP! Jacob and Paul , the sales representative, offered outstanding service to me and my wife whilst we browsed for new TVs for our new apartment. Their intelligent advice and recommendations lead us to purchase our greatest asset in our home. Thanks guys !

Jacob and Steinse have been a huge help with all of our purchases, the level of customer service provided by these 2 gentlemen went above and beyond our usual expectations. If only other stores in the heartland area could see these 2 in action. I will definitely return for all future electronic purchases thanks to their level of expertise

Went to the store to get a coaxial cable and and was walking around to see their subwoofers they got but had no clue about which one, Paul's salesmanship helped me get a 10" JLsub in a custom box on a great deal, which just made my day. If you're looking for anything like car audio, speakers or even a home theatre, Paul's your guy.
Their over all customer service was really helpful and Reliable. They were also really knowledgeable and would actually educate you about the tech as well. The operations manager Jacob was really informative in that sense as well.

-answered my questions quickly and made a Chromebook suggestion which I ended purchasing. Asus 14" open box. I paid a bit more but it will likely be a better choice over the longterm.

I went to the one at Heartland Town Center. Knew what I was looking for. But had an excellent sales woman Amritpaul. She helped find something better and got me a better deal on it. She was very helpful and would recommend her to anyone.

Amritpal is simply amazing. She spent so much time with me, testing out audio on so many different speakers, making sure I was completely satisfied before I made my purchase. To top it all off, she offered me some of the most competitive prices I could find.

I bought a new LG televison from the Visions Heartland location in November 2023. I recently noticed that a single pixel had burned out and a very annoying "white dot" appeared on my screen. I immediately went back to Visions and spoke to Jacob Jai, Operations Manager at the store. Jacob took all of my information and said he would contact LG to make arrangements to replace the TV. Two days later I got a call from the LG service manager and we scheduled an appointment to get the work done.
