The BEST PLACE TO WORK. I am an Owner Operator and I can can proudly say that I work for VENTURES WEST. The management staff is very helpful, respectful and overall very nice people. They create an Environment which make you feel happy to go to work on a daily basis. Wish i could give them a 100 stars. Dispatch is Awesome and always on top of their game. Everyone in the office always sports a smile and very easy to talk to. They always keeps you busy. The Driver are phenomenal also and very helpful
