I am the member and last week Thursday my tire was nailed I got the appointment on the phone as in walking capacity. One of the gentle man told that what is the name of the person who gave the appointment. I told didn't know the name of the person who was spoke on phone but that was a female. Any how there was a receptionist Miss Mandy, She understood my problem and solve the matter gently. I am very pleased and appreciate the business and time of Miss Mandy and also the worker did the job excellently.

I was impressed with the sales person by the name of Arsalan he knows his tires very informative he also let me know about the Christmas Boxing Day sale on certain brands always nice to save during Christmas and a excellent warranty when you deal with Costco thank you

I wish they took scheduled next day/same day appt. You may need to wait a while, but you leave with the peace of mind that costco network stands behind their work and those boys work bloody hard with little appreciation.
