Lowe's Home Improvement

This is our favourite hardware store in Sherwood Park. Renovating an entire house has left us very familiar with hardware store. The staff are always very helpful with whichever project we have moved onto (especially Samil who has helped us on several occasions). The store has a wide selection of products for very reasonable prices. We are very happy with all the products and services from Lowe's (Rona+) Emerald Drive.

Home improvement store plus more. This location is huge with a large selection of home improvement things. It’s well lit and clean. I came looking for a specific colour of spray paint and was able to find it. I could not find it at other home improvement locations so I was impressed with the size of this location. The staff is friendly and courteous.

Super Helpful staff, Ray who was cutting sheets of plywood was extremely kind and very helpful. Went above and beyond and make a lot of extra cuts. Also the gentlemen helping him was very helpful. Would highly recommend dealing with Ray in the lumber section!

Not to busy, got good service & bought a small plant. Clean & well stocked store.

I needed assistance this evening looking for blinds and having them cut to size. Ashton helped us out right away and was very professional and friendly. Excellent service thank you!!

Great shopping space and quite easy to find things around

I needed to get a new handle for my screen door that had broke. The Lowe’s in Sherwood Park had a huge selection. As soon as I approached the isle Ray asked if I needed any help. I showed him my broken handle and he knew immediately what brand it was and helped me find the replacement parts. Thank you Ray! I am beyond grateful for Ray’s help, he is so knowledgeable and was just the kindest person.

This is a must go to hardware store. The staff is friendly and helpful. They carry all the quality products you need to fix any home repair. Or if your looking to upgrade your house they have the best supplies for renovating.

Man I had great service here! As soon as I walked in, a staff member asked if they could help me find something and when I said I needed flooring, she walked me to the area and introduced me to the person who worked in that department. Then the cashier was also cheerful and friendly. I agree with someone else, the staff here seem really happy to be there. Even the lady at the returns area was professional, efficient and helpful. Terrific customer service!

I drive out of my way now to get to this location! Best by far! The staff are always in great spirits and so helpful. Today an older gentleman got me a kids car cart for my 2 little ones and talked with us a bit it was so refreshing! Almost felt back to normal, so thank you for that.
The cashiers are always quick to fix the self check or offer help with carry out. The paint people also actually know their stuff! I could go on forever im sure! great service!

Always come here when I need stuff for my house. Close and convenient to home and great prices and customer service. They also have a wide selection for there size compared to other Lowe’s. Definitely worth the switch in my opinion! On a final note they also have highly engaged staff who actively seek customer interaction, something lacking in other big box stores.

I was at this location this morning needing some help with hardware to mount a wall fan. Darryl and Dan were absolutely awesome and helpful. They assisted me as I was somewhat clueless as the the anchors I needed etc. They were both super friendly and went out of their way to help me figure out a plan of action to mount it without using a stud. Two phenomenal employees!!! Thanks guys.

Great selection of products in every department. The staff is really helpful and thorough. Dan from the plumbing department was a spectacular help. He asked me what my project consisted of. After Getting all my detail and some pictures of my current progress; he was able to offer me several great suggestions depending on skill set and confidence level. He showed me exactly what I need and laid out the material so I could visually take in what he recommended. The results were better than I had hoped and Dan saved me a pile of time. 👍👍

The manager must be hitting all the right buttons, because this is the only hardware store I've been to where the staff is friendly, helpful, and happy. I've been shopping here since it opened five years ago and their staff is heads and shoulders above Home Depot, Rona, or even other Lowe's locations.

Their prices are sometimes better, sometimes worse than the competition. Their products are sometimes better, sometimes worse. The tiebreaker is the staff; Home Depot staff seem to actively avoid you at times whereas here it's the opposite.

Impressed by this location, and considering how many home Improvement stores I'm in, that's saying a lot as they typically are one and the same.

Passing through from out past Ardrossan so decided to drop in. Better selection that the South Edmonton and West Edmonton stores and a much broader selection of flooring and plants. The location also had a nice feel, it's unlike the Edmonton locations in some odd way that I found appealing.

Just stopped in again after a year and some absence and still impressed by this location.

Got our underlay for almost half price. First time at this location and I was really impressed with how well stocked the shelves were and how organised everything was. We were helped by the nicest guy with a big beard. Didn't catch his name but he was really great. Lowe's is lucky to have him there.
