I just wanted to say this is my favorite location because everyone that works here is kind, welcoming, and helpful. I was at the 17st location yesterday and stood in the paint department for about 20 minutes and could not get any assistance. I got fed up and drove to the sherwood park location and after 1 second looking at paint, someone asked if I needed any help. I know these places can get pretty busy but being kind and helpful sure goes a long way to making someone's day better! Thank you!

Just wanted to pass on a review on an iSpring water filter that purchased from Home depot on line.
We were having trouble with the o ring and needed a replacement which was not in store or couldn't find on line. I contacted Sean from iSpring direct and he was extremely helpful. Had me take a picture so he could see the proper product and got me the replacement it was extremely helpful and nice to see the excellent customer service.

Excellent service from Pro-Desk, Customer Service and Marshall and his Team. Regardless the delay of my Special Order, because of vendor's issues, dealing in here was a Great experience, very knowledgeable and friendly people to deal with.

Margaret in the paint department was excellent to deal with yesterday, she helped me pick colours and types of paint and accessories. Really appreciated the help, she was very patient as I had to confirm stuff with the boss (wife).

I had issues with Lowe’s not honouring their sale items when purchasing online. I spoke with Heidi at Customer service here and she walked me through similar items that Home Depot had and she was extremely patient with me and was a wealth of information. When she was unsure of something, she called upon coworkers who did. Because of Heidi, this store will be my first stop moving forward!

Great Home Depot for all your home Reno needs. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. If you can't locate what you are looking for, there is staff in every section ready to help you. Love going here!!

I personally love Home Depot. It is an excellent place to go to if you're looking for great, knowledgeable service, and good quality home building supplies.

The staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is very inclusive.

Another shopping adventure and this time dealt with Kristie in doors. She too was fantastic. Very friendly, helpful and went out of her way to help me. Also a young man in appliances was also wonderful to deal with, sorry forgot your name. Best staff ever

I received excellent service from a really nice man named Mike in the lumber department. He went above and beyond to assist me. I couldn't have bought what I needed without his help. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thank you Mike I really appreciate everything.

The frustrating and huge negative about this store is it is not disabled friendly. Several aisles are blocked for someone in a wheelchair or mobility scooter. Makes it impossible to get around and shop down some aisles

Picked up some supplies. Staff were very friendly. Pretty clean, and was in and out fairly quickly

It's your typical home depot even though they where closing in 15 minutes still allowed my son to get his drywall and mud etc that he needed thanks to the last lady working that night

Rented a carpet cleaner and dealt with awesome amazing guys. They made the whole transaction great.

The Boys at the pro desk are beyond amazing. My mother-in-law passed away over the long weekend and they went above and beyond and sent us flowers! Honestly they truly are amazing. Dennis, Carmine, Ron and Troy, our family loves you guys! You go above and beyond in all the (Daily) help with our various builds and projects, so far as to get stock from other stores when we really need the items. This is just icing on the cake! Sherwood Park Home Depot Pro Desk is the best in the nation, and they will have my business for life :-)

I was in Homedepot to buy some electrical parts and Amrit sales associate helped me lots. She has deep knowledge of electrical parts as well as provided great customer service. Thank you Amrit.

I needed to match paint today and I only had a couple small chips. The man at the was soo polite and nice as he explained that they need a bigger chip. Then he went and tried to see what he could do AND IT IS 100% PERFECT! I am soo impressed.! Thank yo soo much! 👍🏻

Had a bad experience with fort sask location... needless to say I got ahold of marshal (sorry if spelt wrong) explained what had happened and unfortunately could not do as good as they "promised" but still was extremely helpful even being 4 min from a meeting he went above and beyond to satisfy my needs of getting my toolbox in red that I wanted for close to the price that was promised but not fulfilled so thank you marshal and the very kind and funny cashier that I dealt with definitely got me in a better mood and I can promise I WILL be back to buy more products from this location you two should be proud of yourself's and keep up the same work ethic as today as many more will get to see your guys hard work once again thanks and see you soon for my toolbox!!! 😀
