Rexall

I like this Rexall because the employees are very courteous and helpful but I only come here when there's a big point sale otherwise I go to SDM where my Loonie goes further. I would like to suggest that Rexall lower the amount of points required to earn $10. Shoppers Drug Mart gives you 15 points per dollar and you only need 10,000 points to earn $10. Rexall gives you 10 points per dollar and you need 25,000 points to earn $10. ☹

Shout-out to the pharmacist this morning who helped me with a prescription on short notice so I could get back to work ASAP. Awesome customer service, made my day!

Was here at the Rexall next to bethel transit terminal yesterday morning - So me and my spouse were here yesterday morning to get our 1st dose of covid - 19 vaccine no appointment was needed - Just walk in and get it done type of basis - For the covid - 19 passport see picture #2 for details ( Covid - 19 Shots No Apportionment Needed ) ( Fast Service ) ( Good Location ) ( No 100$ shot insensitive ) ( Moderna Shots ) Note we didn't not receive the 100$ one time shot insensitive as you needed to have an existing Alberta Health account witch was down when I tried to apply - But to us it's wasn't about that 100$ bribe anyways

I searched all over town for a bug killer that I needed with no luck. I called Rexall and talked to Maddy. She was so helpful! Read all the details of the sprays they had to make sure they had what I was looking for before driving over. Once I got there she was so so friendly and helpful.
The store is always well stocked and clean. Couldn’t ask for more.
Having people like Maddy working also makes the experience that much better!

I recently moved to Sherwood Park and made my first visit to the medical clinic in the Rexall Drugs. I was very impressed with the lady at the sign in desk and very happy with the lady who cleaned my ear wax so gently but efficiently. I always end up finding some great things in the drug store on my way out. Would definitely return.

The Pharmacy - they are on the ball. Spoke and dealt with Ryan. He knew exactly what I was asking for on the phone, he was empathetic, got me a fast answer, offered the text option....quick and awesome. I also dealt with a gal that explained how to use a monitor...she was also very knowledgeable, patient and on the ball. Really great team.

Great Pharmacy and lots of selection on items. Fairly clean, and staff are helpful and respectful when treated fairly. Advisable to check the best before dates on your items before you buy them just in case. Not sure how the return policies are but you can call them if you get curious. There is also a medi center located in the back of the store.

I spoke with Ronda/Rhonda as my dad who is a senior gave his application near the deadline. She was able to help and find me a spot for the same day. She emphasized, listened and acknowledged the situation. She is an ANGEL!

I always have the best customer service from this branch! Special mention to Carmen of the post office and Zachary at the main till. Everyone is so kind and friendly. It's always a pleasant experience in this Rexall branch.

Watch for surprise items on sale, they tend to clear stock that doesn't sell. Staff were friendly and helpful in the Pharmacy. Found some great deals in the front.

Staff in medi center were really good. Great bunch to deal with. The pharmacy staff cannot be beat. These guys are amazing

The ladies that served me, including Alanna, were so kind, up beat, friendly and overall the experience was just positive!
