I like this Post Office Location. It is clean and quiet. The service is great. Today I was served by Danielle. It was excellent. I had been served and helped by other tellers before as well very professionally and kindly. Highly recommend this postal outlet.

These comments don’t seem accurate based on my experience. They were very kind and patient. They took the time to make sure I understood all my options. They even told me that I should take a picture of the package before I send it as I chose the cheaper option with no tracking. Very polite and helpful.

I was here today to pick up my passport after us visa approval. I was worried that it will take time or employees will make the process hard after reading the comments.

It was completely different. Literally took me 3 mins to get my passport. No line. They asked my email, then my id. Done.

I went for passport pickup. Although reviews aren’t great for this location, my experience was pretty smooth. Staff was cooperative and handed over the document fairly quick.

I have no clue why so many negative reviews for this location. I went to collect my passport and it was very smooth process. You need to bring your valid ID which has same address as the address you gave while submitting your passport application. Plus you must have received an email from canada post beforehand which has a bar code for pickup. Take these 2 with you when u come here to pickup and there wont be any problems whatsoever.
Overall I didn’t have any problems at all and got my passport in barely 3minutes.

I saw so many bad reviews about 595 bay (canada post) about passport pickup.I got nervous after reading all those bad reviews, but let me tell you one thing guys , they are professional and they know how to do there job , All you have to do is go on time and with your proper identification and emails . Show them all the docs and get your stuff and come home.

All these bad reviews are by those people who are careless

I have shopped at this large retail Canada Post outlet many times. Without exception I have been served with politeness and respect. The staff are always helpful. They have an extensive selection Royal Canadian Mint coins ~ many times more than I see in typical Canada Post outlets. I often view the many glass cabinets of coins just after I enter the store. When there are no other customers waiting in the queue to be served a clerk usually approaches me and asks if I would like to have a closer look at the coins. When I say "yes" they always open the glass cabinets (they bring the keys with them before approaching me) and let me hold the coins and examine them closely.
They also have a large selection of Canada Post philatelic items like First Day Covers, Full Panes of Stamps, Uncut Sheets of Stamps, and of course booklets of stamps ranging from the most recent issues to others going back over the last two years. And easy access from Dundas Subway Station! I will be back for sure!

I visited to pick up a package. In and out in 5 mins max. Person asked for barcode, ID proof and phone number and after 2 mins he got my package. No issue at all !!!

Despite the reviews i got my mail within minutes no trouble at all. Great service.

Best service I've ever had in a post office. Super helpful and stayed late after closing to make sure my parcels were correct.

Visited last week on a weekday. There was 3 people working so line went quickly. Very efficient and very helpful.

10:45 am visit on a Friday was quick and painless: in and out in under 30 seconds. Easily accessible, neat & tidy, attentive staff.

I have always experienced great service at this Canada Post. Employees are both helpful and nice!
