Great company. Well structured snd knowledgeable.

Olymbec has been a great commercial landlord. They have a fleet of trucks that provide quick maintenance and provide service above the responsibility of the lease. The buildout was great. Mike, Hayden and the team are very professional, I am glad to lease one of their facilities. Some other reviews mention temperature fluctuations, they can help to remotely control temperatures to automate and bring down costs, so the other reviewers just need to communicate with Olymbec. Highly suggest leasing with Olymbec.

- 28 outside and heating is off inside the buildings on weekends. No one will do anything about it. you always get the run around. avoid getting a lease at all cost. they are lucky no one has taken any legal actions yet.

Update Dec 02 2019 15 degrees inside office!! Air conditioning on inside called head office 2 times still nothing. These guys are a bunch of crooks try to save on heating.

I HIGHLY advise anyone looking into leasing a space from this company to look elsewhere. My experience was very poor. The clear culture of this company is profit at all costs as they do not value relationships, individuals, or companies. Leased 2 large spaces very early on in a building they had with only 30% or less occupancy because of a stadium soon to be built nearby as many feared the construction and the traffic nightmare that never materialized. Had what I thought was a great relationship (but apparently a facade) because once the building became 95% occupied and they were able to command higher rents and after I've paid rent on time between the 2 suites/companies for 4.5 years at around $15k per month they try to blindside us with some 30 day termination clause stating we subleased without permission because I have several of my own LLCs that I own or control under the same roof. Complete abuse of power and I wish failure on ANY company that has these ethics and this type of culture. Miserable and unhappy staff and I highly recommend some religion or Christianity to cleanse yourselves. A lot more to this world than profiting at any cost. Very disgusted loyal tenant. BEWARE

Very hypocrite environment for work they don't follow the ethics of HR. Plus they do background check without individual's consent, no training or integration period for new hires, wrung supervisor in wrung positions save your time and energy, to avoid despite the owner looks nice human being.

I am not a tenant but have the displeasure of being across a residential local they're renovating. Many times their employees block the two lane road causing traffic and danger to pedestrians. My son's handicap bus had to double park in one lane as one of Olymbec's employees parked their enormous truck making accessibility impossible. The driver then placed a cone to save a spot which is not permitted to him. Horrible.

I work in one of their buildings, and they shut off the heat/AC in the early of the afternoon to save money, but by 3pm, we are all freezing or sweating. It sucks. avoid their buildings if you want happy employees.

Pay brokers 90+ days past due!! Atrocious to work with and then don’t pay market commissions. Complete and horrible experience and if I could move my clients out of their assets I would!
