I am beyond than thankful with Raphael U, I had to post a really late request, way beyond in late August, and I sent also the request that if they could find at least 1 shirt so my child could attend school, and they fulfilled my request, they sent me a shirt, a sweater and a short as a first part of my order and they kept working on the rest of my order, taking just 11 more days. I am really thankful as I said before.

The staff at the main branch are very accomodating and patient even we came late they still accept us. Thank you very much. Continue serving us with a smile on your faces.

Every year the online order process is simple. We like to pick our order at the main location where we can make sure everything fits properly and buy any additional items for the school year.

The uniforms fabric is good quality. However, the white color for polo look not pure white ( 2nd order) .

The stuff is helpful, fast and polite. Whichever unit I examined, the sewing quality satisfied me (contrary to the comments I had read). What most parents would agree with, is that the material of pants is not suitable for Canadian winters.

I sent them a note with the issue and the customer service people were friendly and highly professional. They did an investigation about the problem and I received the missing article within a couple of days:)

Price's a bit high

Ordering online was easy, the items shipped and were received on time. One items had to be changed. I was contacted by phone missed the call but they immediately follow up by email to adjust the order. The order was intended to ship to the school when I highlighted that the original order was to be delivered home it was corrected without a problem. This is when things don t go exactly as per plan that you can judge the readiness and the service level. This year Raphael U team was excellent!!!! Thank you.
