We have been dealing with Maltacourt for almost 2 years and very satisfied with their service. Very professional staff and their prices very competitive. If you are looking for logistics company to import your goods definitely try them out.

I had a shipment that was scheduled to arrive on December 23rd at 9:15am (I paid extra for timed delivery as I operate a business in which I cannot block off a section of the day). The products were very large and heavy and so we needed to get a team of 4 people in order to lift the products. They arrived 3 HOURS late at 12:10pm. I pushed patients back and was not able to see them - lost over $300 from this day and also took up 4 people's overtime. Their response was "I apologize and will return you the timed delivery fee". Also, it took them 8 business days to come up with that response while we waited.

100% do not recommend.

I had a very bad experience with this company. I had a shipment from overseas to Canada, which arrived with some damages and they claimed that they dont offer any liability protection.... Is that how a shipment works, without any consideration of the condition which the shipment arrives?!
