On a long haul camping trip through four states and two provinces, we had a tire puncture with two repairs enroute. Our paths crossed when the tire finally gave up near Ktown. The guys reviewed what I had on the truck and strongly recommended tires with the proper load rating. Since I had been in this predicament before I totally agreed. With overnight delivery, we were on our way with four of the best 10 ply tires on the road. A real confidence builder when traveling the backroads. The advice and speedy service was most appreciated. I’m not from Kimberley but am so glad I was able to have my car towed to K-town. They were able to fix my Mazda up and get her back on the road quickly with some expert advice on how to avoid future issues. I have known the owner for years, when a major issue happened with my sons truck we brought it from Alberta to Ktown, main reason Honest good work, lots of other shops would have bandaid the problem, and sent us on our way, but with Ktown techs, the owners knowledge and no B.S attitude, we know it’s repaired right. 5 Stars ain’t enough for Kevin and his staff.

Kevin also performed an inspection on a van I purchased last year. Kevin identified all the problems with the van, and was able to fix them. I'm very happy with his work, as I have 1000 of kms on my van and it's very reliable.

We stopped in to get a tire fixed in an emergency. The young guy there was a sweetheart. He was fast and efficient to get us on our way. We were really grateful for his willingness to help us quick.

Called in on two separate occasions and have received excellent service from Kevin and staff I did an oil change myself and didn't torque the filter correctly causing a leak at the seal Kevin replenished the oil and gave me accurate advice thank you
