I have been a regular customer at this location for 3 years and I have always received great services from all of their staff. As for the prices of some of the items, I do not disagree they might be above average. It is up to the individual customer whether to make a purchase or not. There are many alternatives in the area. Shoppers is Shoppers, INS is INS. Comparing apples to oranges is unfair and senseless. Everyone is responsible for their own spending habit.

Great place to leave luggages for a small fee. Great and honest personnel and safe place.

Only came here once, but there’s a nice guy that works here, very friendly. The store is stocked with everything you’d get at a usual convenience store.

Came here and bought 2 chocolate bars and a pack of mentos and was charged $19.50. didn’t realize at the time but just looked at my bank statement and noticed. Then I came to the reviews and saw they do this often. Absolutely despicable. Guy had his air pods in talking on the phone the whole time.

after being told to have a good day and began ringing in the next customer, I was then chased down the stairs, a man grabbed my arm and claimed my debit didn’t go through - absolutely unacceptable to put your hands on someone, I repeat UNACCEPTABLE and disgusting. Shame on the men that work at this store front.

They charge $19 for 12 extra strength Advil liquid gel tablets, and act like it’s not price gouging. For the record Shoppers charges $14 for a 24 pack of these meds.

The lady is so rude, keeps one air pod in whilst serving and does not even speak to you. She just scans and gestures at the card machine without even telling you the price. Been there 3 times and experience is always the same. I won’t be returning

This place is so inconsistent on what their policy is for making payments. For a $5-6 purchase, they might tell you that credit cards are fine, or sometimes that you have to use cash or debit. If you use debit they sometimes add a 25 cent charge without telling you and other times they won't.

Not worth the hassle.

They charged over $11 for 1 vitamin water and 1 small Gatorade. Avoid this place

This place is a rip off. They add arbitrary amounts before running a credit card through and then when you call them on it they start giving you money back 25 cents at a time and say “is that good”. Avoid the place.

Was scammed out of $20 by this location on July 8th. Clerk charged me an extra $20 for cash back without telling me.

Well it seems the prices of smokes change multiple times in a day with the staff refusing to scan the product it feels like they just want to pocket the difference for themselves
