Canada Post

I love love this Canada post since I love online shopping! I always use this location as my alternative address since I live nearby and never had an issue with them in years. I absolutely recommend! Located inside the 24hrs Hasty Market convenience store.

Nothing bad to say to this Canada Post office. The staff is young but still professional and friendly (depends for sure on the personalities). I always use this place for any Amazon delivery I need and never got an issue

Shipping parcels here for the past few months with zero complaints. Staff are quick and nice.

Efficient and quick. Very convenient location. They're also open on Sunday till 6 PM. That SAVED ME.

Training new staff

I have found most Canada Post employees to be very friendly but not so much here. At least twice when I have come in, the employee keeps talking on his Bluetooth headphones while serving me, and it's clearly a personal call.

Employees with bad attitudes, avoid for the stress factor

I sent a parcel oversea by surface mail there yesterday. The staff said he needed to stick a print out on top but he did not have a packing tape. All tape used up. He asked me to buy a tape from his post office to tape the print out. It is so ridiculous that the post office don't have enough stationary.

I went to this location even when I knew it has a 2.9 review...well, it's the only one opens on Sunday so I do not have much choice...I was there to drop off some cloths for return, I was like how much trouble I could possibly get into...but guess what? The first and worst Canada Post store experience just happened...DON'T GO! Employees there are super rude.

I just came back from this postal outlet without collecting my parcel. The young woman behind the counter was talking to a customer when I got there soon after the office opened. Fifteen minutes later, she was still talking to the same woman.

There is another Canada Post outlet near me, at Shoppers Drug Mart, 465 Yonge St. I don't know why Canada post directs my delivery to this terrible place.

They're open until 6pm Sunday. I made a special stop to send a package at 5:50 pm and they decided to close the till early. So much for our Canada Post.

I posted a letter through this office. 3 days later, they delivered it to my home address in Toronto instead of the destination in Ottawa!

So much to be said but I think I'll just waste my breath over something that seems like it happens frequently. I've had the same experience with Canada Post before, it's quite common unfortunately!

Lied to me about the system being down, took package from the next guy, system was working at the other canadapost down the street. I'm guessing it's because I had a prepaid package and he didn't make any money on it. Just lazy customer service.
