I got the leslieville chicken burger and it was delicious! The bun was soft and the burger was flavourful. I would recommend anyone to come stop by Samaira’s. Service was amazing you can tell everything is served with care

What a hidden gem in leslieville! The pizza was amazing and the ingredients very fresh. The owner was so friendly! We ordered the large pizza, thinking there’s no way we’d finish it and it was too good not to! Nice craft beer and cider to pair with it👌🏻 sat on their patio and enjoyed the sun. we were headed back to England that evening but rest assured we will be back!!

I typically shy away from grilled chicken burgers, but the one here completely changed my perspective. It was exceptional, leaving me utterly speechless due to its flavors and freshness.

Came here with my girlfriend on a whim and we’re glad we did. She got the veggie burger and loves the flavour, texture, and sauces. Usually veggie burgers are more on the bland side, this one was favourful and moist. I had the Machine gun which was superb. The buns are made in house… along with the sauces, meats and patties. Cannot recommend them enough. Visit them, the prices are fair and the service is excellent. This place deserves to stay open!

Honestly the best pizza in the city!! Wonderful pizza takeout, not fussy, but tasty classic, fully loaded pizzas. Much better than all the other fancy places nearby, where they mix up strange ingredients that don't taste good together and charge you an exorbitant amount of money. This is what I crave! And the owner and staff are all super nice and friendly too. Also good cheeseburger combo, breakfast sandwich, etc. Everything I have tried have been fresh and good. My go to takeout in the neighborhood.

The service was really great. We actually ordered take out but decided to do dine and just sit there. The chef prepared plate and pops right away!

The food was really good. The bread part was really crunch! ordered 11 inch "pomodoro Basilico" with pepperoni. it was good size for two people! :)

The pizzas are here are cooked just the way I like them! Very tasty, fresh ingredients, good browning on the cheese.

Staff were very friendly, and in general we just felt a very good atmosphere while we were here. Next time we’ll have to try the burger (and veggie burger since I’ve read so many positive reviews about it and I’m not even vegetarian!)

Delicious, decently sized portions and reasonably priced.

I had the breakfast sandwich and the fries. Their buns are amazing and the over easy egg was perfect.

I had a machine gun burger and it was literally the best burger I have ever tasted.i devoured it in 1 minute. The owner made everything from scratch and you can tell the difference. You wouldn't want to pass by the neighborhood without visiting this awesome little spot.

This was really good, they have a pay-it-forward meal for transient folks which of course I had to take part in. You get a good sense of the love in the restaurant. The food was superb, veggie burger is definitely worth the visit. Crispy with soft gooey goodness inside.

Spectacular new find with amazing food. Set up more for take out, though there are a couple of tables. Made from scratch food - the burgers were so flavorful and juicy. Flat top seared, so juicy and crunchy on the outside. Awesome flavours and textures. Can't wait to go back.

This place does not look promising when you see it but as soon as you sit from there service to the food everything is top notch. This is the best burger in Toronto!!!! Every bite is a symphony of flavors. Recommended for everyone ❤❤❤

Amazing food!! We had the classic burger and the Swiss and mushroom and they were another level!! We were on a rush, but he made our burgers in 5 minutes! Amazing!! We will definitely come again!

Samaira is an absolute delight. We've been to this family-owned, owner-run restaurant 4 times now (plus 1 delivery) since we discovered it a month and a half ago. And it's apt that the husband-and-wife team named it after their daughter, because they've obviously poured their heart and soul into this place.

The menu is deceptively "comfort food" - pizza, burgers, chicken, salad. But given that the chef used to work at Four Seasons, this is nowhere near run-of-the-mill taste and quality. Over our many visits here, we got:
- Burgers (meat): We got the Classic Banquette and the Mushroom Swiss. This will sound crazy, but the goodness starts with that dome-like potato bun. It's homemade, puffy, and absolutely tasty. It's so good it's worth ordering by itself to bring home. As for the burgers, the patty is a good size and homestyle crisped well, the cheddar cheese is standard, and the veggies are generous (for the Mushroom Swiss one, there are looooooads of mushroom). Burgers go with side fries (surprisingly addictive) which can be upgraded to a side salad or poutine (generous gravy, squeaky curds).
- Veggie Burger: OMG this is easily one of the best veggie burgers I've had in the city. I don't know how else to describe it but to say the "patty" was like a super tasty smoky samosa. So good! Got this one with onion rings which were sweet and not overly battered.
- Breakfast Sandwich: Again, that delectable dome of a potato bun, highlighted even more as a sandwich. I find peameal bacon hit-and-miss, but this one was good. And there was a generous amount of egg, cheese and veggies loaded up in this breakfast sandwich.
- Margherita Supreme Pizza: An in-between pizza. Not quite homestyle, not fancy-schmancy, not quite puffy American, not quite super thin Nepolitan. The crust is crispy without being cardboard-y, the toppings are generous abd always fresh. Also liked how there are 4 different sizes to choose from, and their large is old-school LARGE.
- Chicken Wings: Got this in the maple sticky sauce and I'm glad I did. Not overly sweet, not overly sticky, the wings were uniquely sweet/smoky and the type that leave smear marks on your face since you just keep devouring them.
- Chicken Fingers: More hands than fingers given they were so huge! Not overly panko-ed so you can really taste the juicy chicken meat. This comes on a bed of those addicitve fries.
- Rose Lemonade: Absolutely refreshing. Would get this in the depths of winter or a scorching summer day.

Prices are extremely reasonable especially with the care and quality you get. The place itself is small, but they have a great street patio outside (perfect for the summer).

What really make Samaira though is its owners. The last few years have been hard on small businesses the world over. And yet here is a couple who goes in everyday, treats their food and customers with the utmost care, and works as hard as they can to give you a memorable experience. I hope more people visit Samaira, because it was an absolute treat going there. We will definitely be back again.

This place is definitely another hidden gem! You can tell every item on this menu is fresh, in house-made and presented with so much love and detail. Raj’s hospitality is unmatchable, his passion and creativity speaks volumes in the food he creates! Highly recommend this place if you are ever in the area wanting to grab a bite and are looking to support a small business. You won’t be disappointed by the quality, portion or presentation. Can’t wait to come back here soon and try new things on the menu!

I cannot say enough how happy my all around experience was here. I was just walking by looking for a place to eat and tried this place out. One of the best smash burgers I have had in a very long time!!! Service was so chill and friendly . I didn't feel any rush or pressure. I will be back here!!!

I had an outstanding and memorable experience at Samaira's kitchen today. Raj and his wife greeted me in a warm and friendly way and made me the best burger (machine gun) I have had in Toronto. They put love and care into their food, freshly baked potato buns, handmade patties, in-house cut potatoes and all the toppings are cooked on the spot. It was light and flavourful. I highly recommend it.
It was a treat to meet Samaira herself and enjoy her art work :)
Excited to come back and try the veggie burger which I hear many great things about.
