Excellent service. Agent stuck with me for over an hour to resolve credit card enrollment issues.

That being said, hsbc itself is another matter. To me many hours to set up a simple credit card account. It should not be that difficult.

Went to the York St. branch with my wife today to open a UK account. The advisor could not have been more helpful and pleasant. We had two hours of his time and he helped us go step by step through the whole process.
We very much appreciate everything and came away feeling very positive.

The tellers were incredibly efficient. They even gave me a foreign money order for free. My foreign service rep was cordial and knew enough about the plans to give me enough financial planning advice to store my euros upon my return from working in France for a year.

We opened our accounts here, everything was done very very smoothly, our banker Surshree was excellent and walked us through the entire process with patience and diligence. Very happy.
