Three men came to deliver my couch which was a bit bigger than regular couches I guess. They were super friendly and got it done fast. Thankfully it fit and they were experienced and careful when maneuvering it so there was no damage :)!

Really happy with the service that people from Leons provided. The sales lady was awesome and very very helpful. The delivery guys were fantastic and you can tell they are very professional and know they job thoroughly. Over all I am very happy and will definitively shop at Leons when I need furniture.

Jesse was helpful and not pushy. She let me take my time to look around then was great when finally making my purchase. My special order stove came faster than expected and the delivery staff were friendly and efficient. Very pleased with my new Samsung appliance and my experience overall. Thank you!

I was really pleased with the delivery of my sofa and loveseat this morning… The tracking app worked perfectly and contact was made with a phone call or text messages to confirm arrival times… The two gentlemen were extremely proficient and swiftly assembled the products, rearranged the furniture and exited with all the materials for recycling and disposal…Really excited to complete the process and put my living room and dining room back in order! My delivery was early. The driver called and said they'd be here within an hour. They were both so friendly and quick. One of them put my couch together while the other cleaned the mess and took out the trash. I only wish I had more cash on me so I could have given them a larger tip

Leon's as a whole has been a frustrating company. But the person who came to do my scheduled exchange today was amazing. I should have asked him his name. Kind, pleasant, wasn't fussy about the delay at my building and worked with me. He was meticulous and quickly dropped the new item and took the damaged item. He made all the issues with Leon's easier. Thank you to him!

Though we didn’t come into the store to order our washer/dryer combo, the delivery drivers at this Leon’s were excellent. Communicated their location with us very well so we were prepared for our delivery. Were very kind and polite and did a wonderful job removing our old machine and putting in our new one.

I have had a full bedroom set, dining table, and server delivered over the past few months and each delivery was seamless. They are caring, efficient, and polite. They also have a great tracking system which allows you to almost pinpoint when they will be at your home AND they call you when they are two stops away to prepare you.
