This is such a wonderful shop in East York. I was in earlier today shopping with my mom. The owner was very friendly and helpful and so accommodating. We received such a warm welcome and she was very customer service oriented. What A fantastic variety of paint brands to choose from, and not just paint but also drawer pulls and hardware, decoupage papers, brushes, stencils and everything you’d ever need on your journey. This is truly a one stop shop! The owner was just so pleasant and shared her knowledge and expertise. Not to mention the beautifully refinished furniture. I will definitely shop here again. Highly recommend. 👍👍👍👍👍

This is an amazing place, where you can buy chic, upcycled furniture, or bring an old item in for a fabulous upgrade, or take a hand at upcycling an item yourself with Fusion paints, and a treasure trove of do-it-yourself creative tools and templates. Karen, the proprietor is super friendly and creative, and has great advice for all your furniture and design dilemmas. There's always something new, and something fun to see, and do. I love this store!

I bought a lovely Cedar Chest. I was really happy about the quality. It looks beautiful at the edge of my bed and I can use it for blankets and pillows. I love this store! They also have really nice organic candles :) the holiday cookies scent is my favorite! I will be going back soon!

What a find!! Fantastic job upholstering Art Deco chair. Looking for a mantle for long time. Found a great one at KC. Karen is so creative. She fixed up the mantle and painted it perfectly. It completes our living room. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing! I love that the owner intelligently refurbishes items and presents them for a new life through her funky and fun shop. It is wonderful for seniors to be able to have a place where they can have their stuff find new homes, since many people these days do not want to take on the family heirlooms. Can't wait to get svhoppong there this coming week!

I was Googling randomly for lighting stores and saw that Luxe was among them. So I decided to write a review. This is one of the most creative and exciting stores in TO - and it's right in my neighbourhood in the East end. Yes, I'm an east ender but travel the city for great finds.

First off, I found Luxe when it first opened, frustrated that it had limited hours - and I usually passed by when it was closed. I took photos through the window because there was so much that I loved.

When I finally got organized to go when it was open, Karen, the owner, was lovely. And I fell in love with the store.

I have been going regularly, for gifts, lighting, unique pieces...and NEVER disappointed with my finds. It is a treasure trove of creativity and inspiration. I love, love, love this store! Highly recommended for ideas, price, out of the ordinary pieces, Karen's creative eye - and repurposing of furniture, lighting and more. I have been talking about this store to friends and neighbours because it's the kind of community spot that bolsters our community. I urge fellow east enders, treasure hunters and creative kindred spirits to check Luxe out - you will not be disappointed!

Karen recently reupholstered 4 Danish Teak dining chairs for me. The chairs turned out incredible and she was really great to deal with.
