We did our wedding decoration with Toronto Flower Co and it was the best decision ever. We did couple of meetings to make sure we had the right color tones. The team was really open to changes and they made sure everything was as I wanted for my special day!! On the wedding day, they arrived right on time and did an amazing job with all the decor! Their pieces were stunning I just loved all the small details and the love they put in their product!

Great communication throughout the entire process. Delivery was tracked real time. Toronto Flower Co has a huge selection of flowers and arrangements, even some unique and harder to find flower types. The only thing I would do differently next time is to not spend the extra money for the add-on feature of additional flowers into the arrangement; it almost seemed like it didn't do anything. Very different from the picture on the web and slightly underwhelming. All in all, I’m still extremely satisfied with their customer care and timely service.

This company did an INCREDIBLE job with the centrepieces at my wedding on May 27, 2023!! I was blown away by how beautiful the arrangements were. This company was very easy to deal with - they were super understanding, flexible, prompt and friendly. I had a wonderful experience all around with them. I would 110% recommend this company for your wedding!!! They went out of their way to make sure that everything was perfect.

My 91 year-old aunt loved the flowers we sent her! I've ordered from here on a couple of previously and have always been satisfied. The staff were very helpful in answering my questions about the arrangement and the delivery instructions.

I love this company. I send a recurring monthly bouquet. Sometimes I have to change the day. They do it. Bouquets are always lovely- some months, they are lovelier than lovely. Any problems get fixed- and they are friendly and helpful in the phone. This is my third year of recurring bouquets. I also don’t have to think of another Xmas present for my daughter. She always asks for the same thing every year- another subscription.

I have purchased two different arrangements from Toronto Flower Co and both times, they were absolutely beautiful! I paid for fuller flowers on both arrangements and I was very satisfied with what was delivered. The second time though, it’s worth mentioning that I was a bit scatter brained and forgot to write a card before hitting “purchase” so I support letting them know what I wanted it to read. I was nervous with the ceremony being the next day (and on a weekend) that support wouldn’t see my email so I reached out on the Facebook page. In less than 10 minutes, someone responded and I was assured that everything was taken care of. The recipient of the flowers showed me the letter and the employee hand-wrote it for me! I am so impressed with the professionalism and care from Toronto Flower Co.

I am so happy with their flowers and also customer service. Long story short, I ordered Juliet roses but got delivered Caramel Antike. I was upset but Maria contacted me and explained the reasons that Juliet roses was not fresh that day, they substituted the equal or higher value flowers per the company's policy.She came up with a solution and gave me a new fresh Juliet bouquet the day after, of course it’s free. 😍.
I read some other reviews, I understood you might be upset but please contact the shop, they would give you the best solution. People make mistakes, they always deserve a chance to fix them.
I would definitely recommend Flowerco to my friends.

Flower Co are always delivers!!! My mom loved her beautiful tri-coloured Tulips for her bday and Easter. They arrived earlier than expected. Driver was very professional and polite. I would highly recommend ordering with FlowerCo. It’s quick and simple on their website. They’ve got such a great selection and some very unique flowers!!!

Flower Co is my go-to for arrangements to surprise friends! As a returning customer, I can confirm that the whole experience is consistently excellent - from ordering online (a legit website unlike most flower companies on Bloomex), to calling in for customer service, to the live delivery tracking. They also have the best prices I’ve been able to find in all of GTA. The flowers have always shown up on time (even with same-day orders) and are very fresh. They have successfully brought joy to the recipients as you can tell from some of the photos I received :) I will continue on being a loyal customer!

Placed an order for Valentine's day. The flowers were delivered promptly (with real time tracking) and excellent quality. Roxy from Flower Co. made my dreams come true for my flowers for my winter wedding. The arrangements were simply gorgeous and so fresh and fragrant. The bouquet was perfect and lasted for more than a week. Every floral piece down to the corsages for my grandparents were so beautiful. Roxy went above and beyond. Our wedding occured in February 2022 when restrictions from COVID were constantly changing. She was so accomodating and the Flower Co. did a great job. The arch as seen in pictures was so pretty and the flowers down the aisle so nice that I kept looking at them instead of my husband. Thank you for making my wedding so special.

Toronto Flower Co. has become a much loved and trusted partner! They always arrive on time and do not leave until my event set-ups look absolutely perfect. Jenny is the onsite pro, working effectively and professionally. Alexa is amazing with following up, answering questions & ensuring our clients are happy. They have no problem making any tweaks or changes leading up to the event. They will continue to be my go to florist as the service is absolutely exceptional! I can't say enough great things. 10 stars!

Ordered flowers for my mom for Mothers Day. The flowers were pretty but quite disappointing how small the bouquet was especially since I ordered a “fuller” bouquet option. Was nothing like the photo on their website which showed the standard option (fuller one my mom received was smaller than the standard). Not really worth the price in my opinion

I arranged for Flower Co. to make arrangements for a ladies golf tournament in Gormley Ontario. They were easy to deal with, responded on time and they delivered and set up. The ladies are awesome. They women loved the arrangements and excited to take home at the end of night. Thank you Flower Co.

Got these beautiful peonies for my partner's birthday. They were freshly delivered. The delivery lady Jenny was so nice and friendly - excellent customer service, including delivery tracking!

I ordered flowers and a cheese box for my boyfriend and it was delivered the day I scheduled and ended up looking beautiful just like the pictures!

UPDATE: Thank you for ensuring this arrangement was received well by the funeral home, Toronto Flower Co. It held up well for the viewing yesterday as well as today's service. Truly a premium arrangement—I'm so glad we went with extra flowers for this arrangement.
I'm very grateful the home took good care of the arrangement over the past three days and ensured it was stored in a temperature-controlled room. Professionals on both sides of this really helped (this is worth noting for anyone reading this who needs an arrangement to last more than one day).

Original Review: The flowers have yet to be sent because we ordered them for Saturday, but I have to say that the customer service has been AMAZING!
