Great store with great selection and amazing service

Terrible customer service. It is shockingly bad how poorly informed they are on their own products. I just got sold the wrong pods and when I came back the clerk began arguing with me. I’ve never dealt with service this bad before. Never come here if you have the option.

This vape store should not be at any near of the school there are students that are under age that buys here, and on top of that they sell used vape or damage vape. after a day the battery goes completely over heat and i came to try to tell them and even showed them a picture and video, i brought the vape itself while the battery is overheating and it had full juice and ask for a exchange they said no when i just bought it a day after. so i dont recommend this vape store at anyone.
And also the customer service was very bad the owner itself was saying foul languages towards me.

Dont drop off package at this location i saw my 2 package got missing and now in investigation.
Both were dropped different days and both went missing

The worst customer experience ever. I just went there to return my packet and the boy at the front desk never gave me any return confirmation when I asked for it he told me that I will get an email soon. I never got an email after an hour then. Then I called at store 5 times no one picked the call. I travelled back to store just to ask about my return confirmation and the guy at counter was so rude, he gave me bad expression, bad language and also used F* word and said this is totally pointless .
Even I called the store manager he was even worse than the front counter guy. When I didn't get any solution, I asked for the Store Owner contact information, and they never shared with me.
These two rude guys talked to me rude because I am girl and I went there alone that's why they talked to me like that.
