10/10 experience with this company! I needed a hard shell bike carrier to bring my Factor Ostro Vam down to Florida for the month of Feb. Efraim did a fantastic job packing my bike. I was coming from out of town and he was super flexible on pick up and drop off! Using his service was worth it's weight in gold. I'll be using him again next winter!

Efraim was really helpful and was easy to contact. Instructions about packing and assembly were easy to follow! His hard shell case was excellent for my Ironman trip, I only needed to take out my pedals and two wheels! Would definitely book again in the future.

Great service and experience. Made travelling with tri bike for the first time easy. Very helpful in showing you how to pack your bike into the case with pictures along the way for easy reference later. Case was great very rigid and large but with peace of mind my bike was safe. Will rent again for next international race.

Efriam is awesome and truly a professional! I paid to have Efriam teach me how to set up my bike within the case and so glad I did! The box is very user friendly and truly feels solid! As nearly all of the available reviews highlight, this was a great service and I would do this again! I think everyone looking at such a service is a little worried about shipping their bikes around the world. But Ephraim is so accommodating and helpful, and the ability to get these rentals is perfect. The overall costs were really great, and the box I had was excellent and performed much better than I had hoped. Initial communication through to the final return of the box was all seamless. Should have been using his service years ago! Will continue to do so moving ahead.

This is a no frills business that provides valuable rentals at a fair price. I was told about the precautions that should be taken both online and in person. As a result, I was prepared and confident when flying with my bike. Efraim himself is also very friendly and accommodating.

We traveled to Montreal by car and toured the eastern townships on our bikes in mid June. Efraim was great and explained the process as he installed a bike carrier on our car. He went through safe highway traveling, included extra ties to secure the bikes and the right way to mount our bikes on the rack. The 2 shots are not best however we will use Bike Box Rentals again for our future travels.

I got to ride with my own gear on the other side of the world it was much less expensive than renting a performance bike for a couple weeks overseas.

Rented 4 boxes. Efraim was very responsive. Easy to work with. Price was fair. Whole process went smoothly from pickup to drop off. Cases worked perfectly too. Will definitely be using Efraim again. Also paid to have our bikes packed and he did a great job.

Bike Box rentals made my trip to Alberta seamless as they helped with the process end to end from box selection to packing to assembly. Everything was done safely with no risk of damage or bike settings being lost. I would certainly recommend them and use this service again if needed.

Rented a box off Efraim for 2 separate trips to California and Colombia . Efraim Is a straight up guy and very easy to deal with, pickup and drop off location is convienent . Packing my S5 in the case was easy in less then 10 mins and I had my bike packed/unpacked with Efraim easy instructions all I had to do was remove my wheels and pedals everything else stayed on..travelling with the case was a breeze as well did not encounter any issues on both my trips will return to Efraim for any future trips and I highly recommend Efraim to anyone travelling with their bikes . 10/10

Efraim's help was invaluable in making my first trip with a bike stress-free. He taught me how to disassemble the bike, how to properly use the box and gave a lot of helpful tips in regards to logistics.

I must say that I when I first decided to travel with my high end carbon road bike I was extremely nervous. Hearing so many horror stories I was extremely hesitant. He gave a very detailed lesson on how to disassemble, pack and travel with my bike. Aside from giving me a lot of great information, he was on the ball with promptness of communication, ease of service and again - the educational aspect cannot be stressed enough. For what you’re getting - it is a wicked deal and the boxes he uses are top end. I have travelled across the country multiple time using his service and each time was easier than the last.
