I just bought my first e bike and I had the best experience here! My salesperson, Monique, was knowledgable and professional. I didn't know where to start, when it came to questions and she walked me through everything. I was able to do a test-drive too, which helped make my choice so easy! I got the perfect e bike for the perfect price!

I was in the area and decided to stop in and see what they had new in the showroom, Akili was happy to help and always had a smile on his face during our interaction ...

He showed me the new stuff and gave me tons of information about each vehicle ...

The staff, especially Mikayla and the driver (forgive my spelling and for not catching the drivers name), went above and beyond for me and the issues I was having. Monique was friendly and helpful! It's nice to see a Canadian company that is dedicated to more eco-friendly and accessibility-minded products. They have pocket bikes, small version of luxury cars for kids that the parents can also control by remote, ebike that pedal, have adjustable motor assist, scooters, mobility scooters, off road bikes, motorcycle like ebike. Im probably forgetting some as well. They also have maintenance at all there stores so you're not alone after you buy the product. Free parking and plugin spots for your bike out front! Ebikes are worth the cost when you have no insurance, no gas, and no guilty conscience.

We bought two folding e-bikes at e-bike universe in Toronto today. The store had a great display of bikes, Monique was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and friendly- a great salesperson. With her assistance we were able to make a well-informed decision and we were so glad we decided to go there and actually be able to try out the bikes.

My wife and I were looking for e-bikes. I was reading reviews on another store and they were terrible. Mostly the service was really bad. Then someone mentioned e-bike Universe and how their service was really good. I wanted someone that is reliable and can service my bike when it needs it.

We met with Monique as she explained everything really well, was patient and not pushy and so helpful we bought two bikes. Looking forward to delivery next week.

Friendly and helpful staff, competitive pricing, lots of parking and a good display of ebikes, traditional and motorcycle style. Kids scooters, kids cars. Nice place to look around. I bought 1 bike for my friend and she loves it.

From the gentleman at the service counter who we had a nice conversation gave me all the information I needed
And the lady who called about the bike issues was very polite
So for those of you who have E Bike issues I truly recommend them

Initially I was unsure if Ebike Universe is the right place to take my bike for services. However, the staff has been really helpful and they made pick and drop service for bike also available at a minimum cost. Really satisfied and highly recommended.

I live in Oshawa Ontario., Few years back during Xmas I believe it was Dec. 27th, anyways took go train and TTC to get there. I was wanting a couple parts for my EM1 to find out that they were closed for inventory. Very bummed out. Decided to ask for the parts and they stopped what they were doing and helped me with everything I need. And I believe that they included the hardware also. I had a great experience and will definitely return.
