A BIG THANK YOU to the fantastic and extremely helpful staff at the CIBC Danforth and Coxwell Branch!! A special thank you to Carmen, Senior Financial Service Rep, the wonderful teller and the incredibly helpful Branch Manager (sorry didn't get your names). They all came to my rescue today when I tried to deposit my CIBC issued draft to my daughter's TD bank account. TD was very difficult and uncooperative and refused to lift the hold on the draft although my daughter and I have been TD customers for decades! I have to say, the CIBC staff went way over and above their duties and even came with me to TD to ensure that the funds get transferred to my daughter's account today. Unbelievably great customer service! Thank you all soooo much. You're all great and worthy of 10 stars if I could give you.
