Went there with my wife for treats and food for our cat, Austin. The staff is very helpful and the store is very neat and tidy

Customer Service has always been amazing but today Brianna went above and beyond. Thank you for being so honest and right away messaging me about my wallet. I was struggling bring 2 big bags of dog food into my SUV and dropped my wallet with money, lottery tickets and all my ID. Brianna brought my wallet to my house with everything in it. Honesty goes a long way. Your store and coworkers are amazing which you are all appreciate. Happy holidays

Great little local store. I’ve been having trouble finding high quality cat food, and they have the Fromm brand cat and dog food which is top notch. Also have ample supply of frozen rodents for snakes which other big box stores can’t keep in stock. Very impressed and will be back!

Cashiers are always friendly, and helpful. Prices are actually better at pet smart but it's nice to shop local. And to the blonde that works there wearing those very tight pants. I swear I walked into that shelf on purpose, I was testing its durability.

Staff are friendly and knowledgable. Curbside pickup is hassle-free, and has the option to pay over the phone or at a wicket. We are extra happy because the punch-card loyalty program also applies to food for our small pets, not just the dog. Thank you!

An absolutely great resource in town for pet owners. We have 2 cats and 3 rats and wouldn't buy our supplies anywhere else. The staff is friendly and helpful, the store is always clean and pleasant, and the prices are fair.

Would give 20 stars. Our runaway dog came back after 6 weeks very healthy and I found out Thunder pet was leaving food for her in their parking lot at night. I went into the store and it was amazing. The prices are fantasic, they have a loyalty program and I was given tons of great info. Also learned we've been feeding out dogs wrong and picked up some new food, treats and de wormer while I was there. They were awesome with a stray dog when they didn't have to be, educated me on dog food, and since supporting local is always a good thing, I will be going to Thunder Pet for everything in the future. Highly recomended! My husband and Veda thank you too!

Awsome staff, fair prices and a great reward system . Always a smiles and they love my Bulldog so there is that as well.

Milla (my dog) needed a new harness. Her, less than a year old, harness from PetSmart was coming apart at the seams. The employees at Thunder Pet helped me fit her with a new harness and even let her try it on before purchase. We also get her food from here and she loves it.

Helpful and kind lady at the counter who helped me pick out cat litter and food and offered a treat to my cat. Smaller selection for cats but still decent.
