This Timmy's is closest to my house, so I end up there a lot. Yesterday, I made a complaint through the App about an item that was not available and the reason I was given for it being unavailable. I got a call from a manager today and she explained what had happened. I was impressed that she took the time to call me and explain. I have NEVER had an issue at this location before and now know that their customer service is great!

I go to this coffee shop almost every morning. Each day that I'm working this is my first stop. The amazing worker's here first thing in the morning are awesome. Being a regular they know your order just by voice depending on who working the window lol they always are friendly and not to overly excited first thing in the morning. They do make your day with a special smiley face or ect. Just like any job out there, there are going to be new worker's getting trained and will possibly mess up the order. That's to be expected. Let them know and they will happily fix it for you. BY FAR THE BEST TIM HORTON'S IN THUNDER BAY!

One of the best tim’s in Tbay. The staff are quick and friendly. The orders are always fresh and nice.

We ordered the 2 med ice cappuccino for $4 special. I paid 30 cents extra for a caramel flavour shot. They were delicious.

10/10 experience. The supervisor at the time, Amy, was a great help. 10/10 customer service, friendly atmosphere when she's in charge

Tim's is r go to place for coffee. Tim's has many many shops in r city. We love this because we can go for a coffee in a area where we r shopping.
Pretty good service at all the shops. They r clean, except for the tables and chairs/benches (booths). Every time we go to our favorite one I have to clean our seating area. I mean, REALLY, all u have to do is look and u can see the dirt/spillage and coffee. The back of the bench, in the booths, is ALWAYS filthy. I mean dirty and filthy with dust (yes, dust), crumbs, etc. Please take care of this problem at the River Street, Thunder Bay, ON shop.

Well i felt sorry for the kid working tonight 12 30 am all by him self doing his very best doing everything himself so if your at tims on river please dont give him a hard time and no management told him about the hockey cards that were supposed to start selling at midnight P.S. GIVE HIM A TIP

Love the chocolate chip cookies, and addicted to tims french vanilla. Staff are very friendly and it's close to bus stop. I often buy a hot chocolate or French Vanilla and go to shop groceries in metro.

Fav place to get coffee and tea. Tea for after hours. This exact place cause it's 24 hrs.

Best place for that quick coffee grab ! Affordable and yes don't forget to taste their freshly baked items !

I go to this Tim Hortons almost every day and they are always fast, efficient and the service is good.
