LCBO

This LCBO and the one on Dawson Rd. are the largest in Thunder Bay. They have a great selection of beer and wine. They get new shipments of beer in quite often so it's always nice to try their new stuff. The cashiers are friendly and talkative. For an LCBO, this is one of the best.

I love going to this LCBO. Terrific selection, plenty of parking and easily accessible. Being a Provincial agency, they adhere closely to the pandemic requirements with disinfectant stations throughout the store and dividers at the checkouts.

The staff are all very well versed in their products and very helpful if you need to find anything. I like the added feature of a large enclosed beer and cooler refrigerated room. There is also a nice wide selection of wines and hard liquor for the asking.

This is the "flagship" store in Thunder Bay and doesn't disappoint. Being at a location that also has a large grocery store and a small mall sharing the parking lot , is a definite benefit.

Always a great selection. I hate to point anyone out by nationality or by accent, but unfortunately I didn’t catch his name but he had what I believed to be a French accent, however he was EXTREMELY helpful, and pleasant and knowledgeable. He asked me if he could help me find anything and I told him I was looking for tequila and he walked me over to it, then asked if it was a specific kind I was looking for and I showed him a picture on my phone and knew exactly what it was but said he hasn’t seen it in a while, he went out of his way to confirm which LCBO did have it. He was a very swell gentleman. 10/10 customer experience with him.

Great store with all the new beverages including local home grown and other regional brews! Cooler section for the wettest coldest beer in Thunder Bay ...all ready to be consumed as soon as you leave the store. Middle walking aisle usually has the deals of the day as well as all the new coolers and other beer mixture concoctions available. Excellent selection of fancy pants wine in the back. Overall a well stocked and well laid out store!

I always love coming here when I'm in thunder bay. The beer selection is great. There is a lot of great craft beer from all over Ontario. The wine selection is good as well, but could be better. The store is always clean, well lit, and the staff are great.

Polite staff, great attitude with helping with your questions and what you are looking for. They have other locations that have items in their inventory if they don't have. Good prices for wines, beer and liquor.

Well there is a good selection of all kinda of liquid courage and ego boosting hydration. There is also a whole section on "after these you will look better" and to top it off a row of "Life is better without you" all in different sizes to suit your needs! Please drink in your moderation!

A well priced liquor store with a wide variety. Everything you need

I was looking for a particular wine and after searching high and low, I approached a clerk who found the wine and educated me on why some wines don't travel to other provinces. She gave me some great advice and made my search successful!

This was a huge liqour store and I actually walked around for maybe 15 min before locating where they kept the coolers lol. In the normal liqour store it's Bing bam boom and I'm out. However along with the size comes great variety and looked to me to have pretty much every kind of alcohol one could ever need or want . So if you have a want for something abit off the beaten path I'm thinking this is your place , also get all your other booze needs met :)

Amazing the stsff were so helpful. I didn't get the gentlemans name who helped me in the back cooler but he was very nice and patient and helped me find what I needed. Also, Ingrid was awesome she even pitched in the 0.05 cents I was short out of her tips which was very cool because I had to grt back to the hospital. So please say thank you to the great staff it was my first time in this LCBO and I was very impressed and happy with the customer service I received. Thank you so much to all you guys working for your service during this time!!!

You know the stuffs but try cooler sections for sure, and staffs are kind and helpful.

This is a great newer LCBO. They have a very wide selection of wines, spirits of all types, and beer. The have a large walk-in cooler for the beer as well. The vintage selection is very good. They also have a good selection of high end spirits.

Good friendly service lots of checkout available so you can get through quickly but they don't have a lot of 66 of Absolut Vodka they always seem to be out of those

Everything is well spaced out, and this place is huge! One of the bigger LCBOs imho. Staff was friendly and going through the check out was interesting cuz of the plastic shields between customers at the cash and of course the Plexiglas at the registers.

Very good I broke a bottle. I told the staff and she said she would clean it no problem. no charge just told her what bottle I smashed by accident out of the cart.

Great selection of Ontario craft-brews (enjoyed the walk-in beer cooler) and very helpful staff. International wine selection was impressive also.
