Actually excellent service; the staff went above and beyond helping me. Hopefully my parcel gets shipped out and everything is smooth sailing from here.

The folks who work the retail counter here are wonderful. They're patient, friendly, and helpful. I go out of my way to come here, I jokingly say that this is the first post office I've found with friendly clerks.

I mail my parcels at Alloy Drive all the time - the staff are always very friendly and super helpful.

I try to phone them to see where my package is as the app is not updating. They hang up on my call 9 times then pick up on the 10th and after I state my request I get hung up on again.
Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.
