Listening Hands Massage

Received my first massage since 2019. It was amazing. Earl was able to loosen muscles that have been tight since 2009! I can now lift both arms over my head without a struggle. I feel better than I have in years. Thanks Earl. So happy you are locating to Red Deer! I'll definitely be back for more.

I am so deeply grateful to have found a massage therapist like Earl Listening Hands Andrews . The past month and a half has been extremely emotionally heavy and hectic, and it has definitely shown through in my body. I have held space for loved ones and clients struggling with areas of grief, abandonment, fear, legal issues, moving, transitions, etc. I pushed my body more than it should have been, but certain things had to get done, and within a certain timeline. This led to reaggravating a knee injury, back and headaches, and sharp pain in my tendons on both wrists, where I've been utilizing/alternating braces for the past week.

When our body experiences pain, it goes into a mode of survival. I haven't been able to focus as much, shallow breathing, barely sleeping, and that was with self care - having magnesium baths, heating pads, creating opportunities for cat naps and green tea. This week, my schedule eases and goes more into a normal routine.

I knew my body was really jacked up, so I booked a 2-hour appointment. This is my third one with Earl, and I adore and respect the way he holds a safe and supportive space in his room, and for both tears and laughter.

Thank you, Earl, for helping me feel alive again, and helping me to emotionally and literally breathe better.

I already feel inspired and energized to do more, and it feels so good to feel like 'me' again.

Awesome therapist! Actually felt like proper therapy for my back, neck and legs, which I haven't had from other therapists. His background really helps him understand what you need for treatment, and his use of tools was exactly what I needed. Highly recommend him.

I had an absolutely amazing experience today. Earl is very attentive, listening and feeling every movement while working the muscles, paying close attention when needed. He explained thoroughly and even gave me "homework" for me to do while at home. (Where to massage and movements to focus on)

Earl is such a talented, experienced and professional therapist! I felt safe and comfortable as well. I live north of Edmonton and it was well worth the drive down for me. I have never had a therapist be able to target sore spots and relieve them with such ease. I've often gone feeling less than satisfied in the past. That was not the case here. If you are looking for a therapist I 10 out of 10 recommend.

I had a massage from Earl last week on a chronically injured knee. There were a few "ouchy" moments during the massage itself, but it was so worth it. I haven't had this much mobility for this long in well over a year. I might have to drive the extra two hours to follow him to Red Deer.

Earl is the most talented massage therapist I have ever been to. If you have any spots that are causing you problems he pin points it and works it out. It’s incredible. I was having some lower back issues and after our session I was feeling so good. No pain or discomfort in the spots that were causing me problems prior to going in. Would definitely recommend 10/10

I booked with Earl by chance seeing all the rave reviews on Google. I have had shoulder issues for much of my life and have had many different therapists work on my problem points. Earl went above and beyond and got me mobile quickly! I haven't had as much movement in my neck, shoulders and upper back in a very long time. Highly recommend if you have issues that no other therapists can seem to resolve. Keep being amazing Earl!

I was referred by a friend and I am so glad I listened(yes that sentence was written for the pun lol). Earl is the epitome of professional and a wealth of information. A great personality which made for the hour to pass far too quickly. I haven't had anyone give such a thorough and targeted massage and highly recommend anyone with aches or muscle fatigue to see him.

After 2 years of unsuccessful treatments, due to a car accident, my family and myself were referred to Earl by several friends. Our friends recommended Earl over and over but we were hesitant.

Finally we went to see Earl and OMG!!!! "Listening Hands" is the 100% accurate. For myself, Earl explained each part of the massage and why all the different pains were still there and the course of treatment he was hoping to follow, it was very professional and Earl is extremely knowledgeable in many different techniques. Anyway, after my first visit with Earl, I could do squats again with zero pain. It was unreal that in just the amount of pain I was in, an 8, went to almost nothing, maybe a 2. Now I'm 6 months into treatment and very rarely go higher than a 4. These results have me a part of my life back, I could do more.

Our child had one treatment and no more pain in her shoulder, at all. Even after a gym class of throwing a football over and over.

My husband, diagnosed with fibromyalgia from the accident, also sees Earl and with 1 treatment was able to stop using a cane around the house and only carries it out of the house as a precaution. Due to the pain my husband was constantly in our marriage definitely took a toll, especially in the bedroom. Six months later and we are back in the bedroom more in one month, than in the first 2 years of the accident in total.

Do I recommended Earl? Absolutely, 100%!!!!

Earl is absolutely amazing. No other way to put it. The only massage therapist I have been to, where I see the results when leaving. Extremely respectful to wishes in terms of talking during a session, what each patient's comfort level is and constantly checks in to ensure it hasn't changed during the session. I pass his number into anyone with acute or chronic issues that "can't be fixed".

Earl is hands down the most professional massage therapist I have ever been to. He takes time to check in at the beginning of each appointment and follow up on any previous issues. He always addresses my concerns with the utmost care and consideration to make sure I feel comfortable with my treatment. By tailoring his focus on relieving pain and increasing range of motion, I am never disappointed. Not only is he able to read his client's body language, but he is also acutely aware of their emotional state and provides a safe environment to relax and unwind. After a session, Earl always asks how I am feeling and provides advice for post-treatment aftercare for at-home, including stretches, heat/ice, baths, water intake, etc. I am forever grateful for my friends referral to go see Earl. I would highly recommend him to all seeking a new massage therapist.

Wow!!! I'm new to massage and didn't know what to expect, I thought this would be more of a spa/relaxation massage but boy was I wrong (and happy about it!!). Earl explained to me before we started that he would be helping me with some stretching and mobility throughout the process which is super beneficial for my career. He spent time on every part of my body, including my jaw and face which i didn't expect. I didnt feel rushed at all. It was uncomfortable at times but earl made sure to remind me to tell him if it ever got to be too much. The pressure was perfect, he was super professional, and while he found muscles I didn't even know were sore, I left more relaxed then I've ever felt. Will definitely be a repeat customer!! I had heard of Earl Andrews talents for about a year. Dec 5th was my first experience. It was absolutely incredible. I have been searching for a therapist for many years and haven’t found one that could help me enough. A bit of a back story. I am in chronic pain 26/7 (feels like 2 extra hours when it’s constant). I have all the S conditions in my back and Earl was very attentive to all my ailments.

Earl gave me an incredible release of tension and also subsided some of my pain for the first time in 15+ years. He is very intuitive and listens. I would recommend him highly to anyone that is seeking a great therapist with a talented intuition for the human body.

I was fortunate enough to book a slot in with Earl while he was in Saskatoon. Earls professional skillset offers clients a diverse and unique massage experience. His approach to massage therapy far surpassed my expectations. My overall range of motion, general fatigue and mental ability for my body’s health are greatly improved. This massage is worth every penny. I only wish Earl lived here so I could see him on a regular basis.
