Sophie was my stylist and I had the most amazing results with her. She took my black box dyed hair and turned it into the most gorgeous copper. She made me feel extremely comfortable and was so easy to talk to. She gave me the best opinions of what she thought would look good and hyped me up the entire appointment. She was the kindest hairstylist I could have asked for. I will never go to another stylist again and will recommended her to everyone I know.

The salon itself is inviting, fun and clean, the atmosphere is very friendly and there is a variety of personalities working alongside each other. Each girl has her own style and it makes the whole place feel inclusive.

Salon and atmosphere aside, I love Steph. I drive 1.5 hours to see her. I love the way she textures my caveman like hair, and how she can get funky colors to stay, without over processing my hair. It’s the healthiest it’s been in years. Thanks Steph!

Had the Lovely Erika do my hair. If you want an absolute master of vivid colors and cute short cuts; This is your stylist! They had my hair basically glowing and I've never been happier. 12/10 would recommend checking them out.

Sabrina has been my stylist for a few years now and I will never go to another stylist again. She always makes me feel comfortable and makes the best suggestions of what would look good and if I go in with an idea she always nails it. She is passionate about what she does and you can tell by her work.

Had my 1st experience at the salon recently as I followed my wonderfully talented stylist Erika! They are always on top of the best products to use. I've watched them grow into a top notch colour artist! 100% recommend Erika!

Faith coloured my hair for me and I absolutely love it. I enjoy a quiet sitting and it was very relaxing. The colour was right on trend and the hair cut is excellent.

My stylist is Gabby, and my mom faithfully sees Sabrina. They're both awesome, as are the front desk staff. The salon is clean and bright, and they always have fun items to buy on the tables up front, plus a good supply of styling products. They'll make you a tea or coffee when you get there, and they always give you a cookie when you leave.

Sabrina is my regular stylist and she is amazing. Amazing is probably an understatement. She always makes me feel welcome and special. Not only is she able to make you feel aesthetically pretty (which is incredibly valuable In its own right), she genuinely cares for your feelings and experiences,, and she truly listens when you have conversations. Her knowledge and skill set when it comes to hair cannot be matched by any other stylist I’ve had in recent years. I will not be seeing anyone else other than her for as long as she’s working in this industry.

I’ve been going to Sabrina for about 3 years now and I can’t rave about her enough. My brother was the one to actually suggest her from his experiences and now I’ve recommended my sister. It’s a whole family affair! I love that I can go to Sabrina with all of my wild ideas (I am a season/mood hair changer) and she will always give me her honest opinion and never leaves me feeling like I made a bad choice or that she steering me in the wrong direction. I love the salon atmosphere, it always is so inviting with their drinks of the month and their cookies. I especially love the diversity of all the stylists and their clients, I never walk in feeling self conscious about myself because there are so many different and wonderful ladies that are in the salon. I have stopped going to salons because I have felt there was a certain expectation or certain status that needed to be obtain in order to become a client that the stylist would remember you by. But I feel like walking into Masterpiece is the most accepting place to be. I can’t recommend this salon and their staff enough

Sabrina is the best ever! Not only is she amazing at doing your hair, but she will show you kindness throughout your whole appointment! She will also show genuine interest in what you talk about! Sabrina is one of the kindest people I have ever had do my hair! She made my hair beautiful, lightened my blonde up and I felt so happy! All in all amazing experience with Sabrina always! Best stylist yet!

I got Pascale as my stylist by a friend's recommendation, and she was absolutely amazing.

My hair looked great and she recommended some products that have had my hair looking great weeks after my original service!

Not to mention she was super friendly and had a great sense of humor. Usually I'm not a huge fan of getting my hair done in salons. But I will 100% be going back!

I always love getting my hair done at masterpiece salon! Great environment, lots of good products and they make you feel special. All the ladies there are great! Sabrina is best and understands what I need! She gives me great ideas and knows what looks good on me because I struggle with that!

Had a very good experience at Masterpiece Salon. Erika, my stylist, is wonderful. She listens and always gives me what I ask for. She’s cheerful, helpful and experienced. I always have a fantastic experience coming to her. I followed her here and am very glad I did. This was my first time at Masterpiece Salon and they welcomed me warmly. I very much liked the atmosphere.

Although I haven't had the chance to sit in Sophie’s seat at this Salon. I’ve had the privilege to have her style and care for my hair in our younger years. Believe me when I say she has always been so incredible at what she does, she was gifted with hands who work true magic with any type of hair. She will make you comfortable in her chair and feeling so amazing when you leave. I will not let someone touch my hair knowing what I’d be missing out on if I choose someone else to do it instead of her. She is worth the wait and I would recommend her to anyone!!

I can't say enough good things about Masterpiece Salon and all their stylists but Pascale is PHENOMENAL!! I have never met such an exceptional cutter, she works magic and gives hair goals everytime you see her.
She is also extremely personable, hard working and talented.
When it comes to her consultations she is extremely thorough, makes sure you are heard and makes sure the integrity of your hair comes first.
Masterpiece has lots of amazing qualities but Pascale will always be one of my favourites!

Absolutely love getting my hair done at masterpiece salon! I’ve been getting my hair done with Gaby for just over 3 yrs and I won’t go anywhere else! Nobody is allowed to touch her Masterpiece!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars ! All the staff is exceptionally friendly. The salon is always clean and well kept. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else <3

Highly recommend this salon. They genuinely care about you, and the look you're going for. I've gone to many stylists over the years, and no one has fully been able to accomplish my vision; that was until Azalea. She took the time to ask me about my hair type, how I normally style it, really look through photo inspo I had saved, and she absolutely nailed it! I will forever go to Masterpiece, because that is truly what they do for you...make you a masterpiece.

Prior to going to Masterpiece Salon, I tried Tommy Guns and Chatters at Bower Mall. I ended up finding Sabrina and have been going to Masterpiece Salon for the last couple of years.

The quality of service is outstanding and I get the sense that all staff seem to have a really strong rapport with their clients. As a bonus, you usually get a delicious, fresh cookie or goodie on your way out the door.

Sabrina is extremely genuine, laid back and is really easy to talk to. At other companies sometimes you feel like another number or the conversations can be more on the side of superficial. However, since day one, Sabrina made a strong connection and she’s makes sure that I’ve always left with the haircut I wanted. It’s quick the conversation is genuine and always a quality service.

Melanie is by far the best stylist I’ve been to in years! She is so thorough with her consultation, and is always amazing at making me feel comfortable in her chair. I love my hair days and the conversations that come with it. Thank you for being my fav stylist and always going along with all the things I ask for!
