Parkside Dental

I've been a patient of Dr. MacDonald's for many many years and I can't say anything but good things. I had TMJ with headaches every day - I'm cured!

Installations are clean and modern, and the team is very friendly and professional.

This was my first visit to Parkside - Simcoe.(transferring in from a Brantford dentist) Overall, they are a very friendly staff. Warm and welcoming office environment. The receptionist had mixed up some forms etc and we finally got that straightened out.I found the dental hygienist, (maybe new not sure?) had difficulty getting the x-ray stamp into my mouth and I ended up with little cuts on both insides. (ouchie) She apologized and that was great, but I left feeling a little ticked off because of it.

Dr. Macdonald is very friendly and after this first visit, although I have not had any work done, believe him to be competent in his field.

I was quite frustrated with my last visit. I specifically asked for Dr. MacDonald, and was told that would be who I was seeing, and he wasn't even there that day! Going to the dentist is not a fun experience for me and to be dealt with by a doctor who is condescending and not understanding, is very frustrating and upsetting for me. Not sure if I will be back unfortunately. The hygienist was great however.
