CSN Hubert's Collision Centre

I am so impressed! I just picked up my 2019 Rouge. It looks show room new inside and out!
. It was badly damaged in the front end when a lady backed into it.
The receptionist was alway very friendly and answered all my questions during the repair process.
When I picked it up they emphasized that their work was guaranteed and bring it back. If there were problems in the future with the work they had done.

Waited over 3 weeks for a quote for a different repair shop and I had to call for it. Was verbally told 1 price then was given another on paper. Needless to say I went for a second opinion and Troy had me a quote on paper within an hour. Needless to say that is where my business went. The service was fast, price was cheaper and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Definitely recommend Troy and his team!!

I been there several times with my two different vehicles. I have had excellent service each and every time that I was there. Troy and his staff explained every step that was needed to fix my vehicles and the results were excellent. They do a real professional job.

I cannot say enough for this business. They went above and beyond for me. My insurance was to the limit with my rental and they helped me out big time! They gave me a loaner u til my car was ready. Everyone was great at Hubert's Collision Centre. They took care of everything including dealing with my insurance company and the car rental as well. Very professional and kept me posted on the progress. Super friendly people and great to work with. The best part is that my car came back clean!!!!! Made my day!

This is our second experience dealing with Hubert's Collision Centre and both times we were treated in a courteous professional manner. They were very accommodating and answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns that we had. Trish and the whole team kept us well informed throughout the process and made us feel as though we were valued customers.

Awesome place to get your vehicle repaired. They are very professional and thorough fixing my Ford Escape. They also looked after my rental as well. I would recommend them to everyone.

Excellent service and workman ship. They went above and beyond the call. Trish was excellent and kept us up to date. We received a call our car was ready yesterday March 28th but I could not get away from. Work u till 530. Troy came in after they were closed to ensure we had
our car before the long weekend and so that we would not be charged rental car for another 5 days. That is service and he he inspected our car prior to us leaving and explained warranty. Excellent service and great work. Thanks to you all David andrews

Our car was hit by a salt truck and needed a new trunk lid Hubert's did an amazing job in the repair . Once we got the car in to be fixed it was so easy they took care of the rental car and the job was done in just a couple of days . Paint was a perfect match to the red car , and the car was cleaned and looked shinny new when we picked it up . Great job guys !

Once in a while, someone provides such good customer service that you just want to tell everyone what happened. This is the case with my encounter yesterday  23APR2024. I was helped in an urgent situation with friendliness and professionalism. Thank you Team Troy for helping me!

Great experience.! They took care of everything from speaking with the insurance to having the rental waiting when we arrived for our repairs. Quick service and very friendly, professional staff.

Went to Hubert’s collision centre today hoping to get a quote where a dog jumped on my car. Trish the reception was amazing and friendly and got Troy right away, troy and another staff member forgive me I forget her name came out took a look told me they could buff out the scratches. Thinking I would have to book an appointment, they asked if I had time to wait and within an hour and a half’s time both drivers door and back door was just like new. Would highly recommend both for the work they provided me and the customer service. Most definitely will be back!

Having our car repaired after a accident was easy due the friendly and knowledgeable staff ( Trish ) Troy even stayed after hours for us to pick up our car after work so that we would have it for the long weekend . Thank you so much .

When I brought in my car a week ago, I was advised that it would take a week, and it did take a week. "I want to tell you how Hubert's Collision staff took care of me. My car was at their center for repairs due to a deer strike. My car was not fully ready when I went to pick it up and I was concerned as I had to fly out the next day. Troy suggested I keep the rental car and turn it in at the Air Port location, and they would make arrangements for me to pick up a rental car once returning home. Trish the receptionist had arranged the rental and informed me that everything was set, and gave me the information to the rental car location. The day before I flew home I called the location to find out that there was not a rental available. I immediately called Trish and told her the situation. She reassured me that she would take care of everything and not leave me stranded. She called back within minutes with the most unexpected and surprising solution. Hubert's was sending a car and driver to pick me up at the air port (a three hour drive) and bringing me safely home! Not only that, they also arranged for two drivers to bring my car home so it would be there once I got there!
I will always be gratefully to Trish, Troy, Kory and Carl who took the time and effort to help me and make sure I was safe. Their attention to detail and commitment to superior quality service is the benchmark that all companies should strive to achieve. Their handling of my situation was professional, compassionate and beyond my expectations. I will never forget their kindness, understanding and support. I am very pleased with the repair done on my prius .they helped with the rental car and took care of everything ,all with good humor .they are really good at what they do..I highly recommend them if you need repairs.They deserve 10/10 for customer service.🙂
