Jo-Anne's Quick-n-Tasty Restaurant

The food was delicious! I ordered a seafood platter, the scallops tasted fresh, as well as the fish and clams(they're in the pic but the plate was so full they were buried.. lol) There was also shrimp and a side of creamed lobster and toast. The cream lobster had excellent flavour. The staff was super friendly and the service was excellent.

Old school diner, great service and great food. Loved the breakfast (not a fan of the sausage but the ham and bacon are awesome). Their fish cakes are very nice, homemade like.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Being from the area I can confidently say it is the best restaurant in town, especially for someone wanting seafood. The plates are always piled high, the staff are so friendly and make you feel like part of the family when you walk in. The prices are outstanding for the servings you get! And don't even get me started on all the homemade desserts. Even when I can't eat another bite I get a dessert to take home. Tonight is blueberry cheesecake and I'm just waiting for my meal to settle before I dig into it. I'll be back next week! Amazing hometown spot!

Very delicious and friendly staff, I recommended the Special Hot Lobster Sandwich and the Seafood Platter and the desserts.

An exceptional little restaurant with the absolute best service from Noah that I have ever witnessed. My mom and myself are from Vancouver visiting and we have been left with full tummies of incredible food incredible prices and incredible customer service- Noah and his staff obviously take pride in their little restaurant on the hill- a must stop on your visit to Yarmouth!

Jo-Anne's Quick-n-Tasty is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is delicious and fresh. The owner/staff are always friendly. The menu has lots of great choices including great desserts. Their Mile High Lemon Meringue, Coconut Cream pies and Cheesecakes are Devine. But one of the best things is Jo-Anne's Hot Lobster Sandwich with fries. It's decadent. You'll have to try it.

Very freindly, comfortable in every way and Quick-n- Tasty. I had the Turkey Diner real off the bird meat and good portions.

This place should be in movies. It's the local version of those roadside diners you always see in road movies. The seafood is excellent, as it has been for decades.

My wife said that the "hot creamed lobster sandwich" was one of the ten best meals she has even consumed in her lifetime. The staff here was super-friendly as well.

Had the soup and sandwich (chicken barley/egg salad). Soup was thick and tasty, sandwich was good. Quite busy but service was friendly and quick.
