Not professional, I was met with her hand out didn't say a word just put her hand out for the t4s and I passed them to her said man nasty day out there, still said nothing, I asked her if I was going to get a instant refund and she said ugh yeah with a smart tone, she never asked me if this is what I wanted or anything. Totally rude very unpleasant to deal with. I asked in the Yarmouth ns tax page that they post on daily how do I go about making a complaint due to a bad interaction with one of your members, they wouldn't even respond to that but did respond to others. Not sure what your problem is...liberty tax you need to train your staff to actually do their job right, she did not ask how I wanted to file no questions at all she just went ahead and did what she thought was right. That's not how taxes work and I did not pay to be treated the way I was.
