GoodLife Fitness Antigonish College and Creighton

I joined GoodLife Fitness in December 2022 and have been getting personal training twice per week with Zac. I’ve never been a gym person, but at age 44 I know I need to get serious about incorporating weights into my routine to maintain and build bone density and muscle strength as I age. After only three months I am already feeling stronger and fitter than ever. Zac is attentive to my personal fitness goals and has adapted my workouts to focus on the things that matter most to me. He gives me just the right amount of encouragement, and it always sounds genuine. He is open to learning and trying new exercises with me when I make requests. I have always felt intimidated by gyms, but Zac and the other staff at GoodLife Fitness Antigonish have created a safe and welcoming environment. I am grateful for the support with my fitness goals.

Very excellent gym. Definitely worth the fees. Great weight room and lots of aerobic machines. Large private rooms too.

A great example of what a gym should be !!
I was just in town for a little over 2 weeks and had steeled myself for a stiff membership charge. Instead it was a fantastic $14 for 14 days!!

Great range of good aerobic equipment such as treadmills, crosstrainers, bikes, etc. Plenty of free weights and space to use them. An amazing facility with minimal user pressure so never had to wait for equipment but enough traffic that you don't to be the only one working out.

Always a friendly "Hello!" when scanning in at the front desk and great helpful people like Leo and Briana ( among all the good people there). Always willing to give help and answer questions on exercises or routines.

Highly recommended if you are in town, even for a short time.

Great staff, clean environment, and lots of machines and free weights. It's a good place for anyone novice to expert to come and get a good workout at.
