My son and daughter were invited here for a birthday party and it was THE BEST birthday party ever - I stayed to watch and help out. Everything was spotless, the kids got to do a number of obstacle courses and fun exercises and they cut the cake with a samurai sword. The Sensei was incredible with the kids and they really respected and listened to him.

Absolutely love this place! The classes are great. I've only been going for a couple weeks now but I truly enjoy kickboxing and zumba. Highly recommended! Great workouts. Can't wait to start seeing more results. Great instructors too!

Very positive atmosphere. Trainers really show that they want you to succeed. They will work with you to get you where you want to be.

This dojo/fitness centre is based on respect, self-defense, fitness, relaxation and anti-bullying. Anyone looking to stay in shape and boost their confidence should check out their programs for all ages.
