We had a leak in our bathom on a sunday morning and called multiple plumbing companies. Bob's call us back within 15 minutes and said he would be there in about an hour. Brad showed up within 20 minutes and completed the job quickly. Very professional and I would recommend Bob's to anyone.

Bob's Plumbing has serviced my home on two occasions and provided quality workmanship in a professional manner both times. He even walked me through turning my water pump back on, over the phone, after a power outage, saving me a service charge. I've found a plumber for life!

Called for appointment....Bob was able to come out the next morning! Fast and friendly service. Fixed our water pressure, toilets, and taps the same day. He had the tools and supplies needed on hand. Highly recommend! 😀

Called to have our kitchen sink drain unclogged. Plugged up bad way down the line.

Our water stopped working suddenly so we called Bob's and within 2 hrs we had a new water tank installed and some electrical wires replaced ! Surprisingly quick service, the staff were fully equipped with all the parts they need to complete an emergency! Very happy with the service!

Pipes froze and burst flooding the basement. Bob's Plumbing and Heating were there and had it fixed in less than an hour. And for an Extremely reasonable price. Will definitely be using them again!

I had this plumber twice in last 2 months. On first visit I was charged an additional $25 for him to go home half way through the job and get equipment he didn’t arrive with. In each visit the bill was not detailed re labour,parts, gst. Just a lump sum total as he wrote the bill-a “ball park” figure.
Won’t ever use this guy again😩

Didn't provide an estiamte to me as asked, came in and did a job roughing in the plumbing but was very set in his ways and wouldn't follow the instructions we gave. When he failed to put a simple shower base in level that's when we finally had to cut ties. Bobs son seems to be reasonable and qualified but Bob was not easy to work with, overly frustrated and left us with more work than if we would have done it ourselves.

Tried for 3 days to get him here. Said he'd call in the morning and let us know if and approx when he could come. Called the first time we missed it, we called back but he was tied up and arranged for a call the morning of the next business day and no call. Called early afternoon after waiting all morning for a call, when asked about it "Guess I forgot". Asked about following afternoon, "I'll try", requested a call if they couldn't make it, "If I remember" was the response I received. Sought out another plumbing service as reliability important and our time is just as important as anyone else's. Would not recommend.
