Fast! But also im ready and everything all set. Was there later the day so not busy the processing was fast that im surprised because i bought 3 cars on the same month on 3 different places and this was a breeze. Also the person told me to "drive home safe, okay" sounded like my parents. Because i only got a no coverage day pass to drive back home. Thats too sweet. 😂 i recommend.

The first agent I had there oversold me on everything imaginable and as a new driver, I had no idea what any of it is or means. Dal is honest and helpful and they are lucky to have her there.

First time at this location. Came here to renew my car insurance. Was greeted and assisted by Ali. I was used to just renewing whatever was on my insurance but Ali ended up taking the time to ensure I was on the best rate. He took the time to explain alternative coverage plans to me and was very friendly and patient throughout. I ended up altering my plan to one that suited me better.

Probably one of the most pleasant times renewing my car insurance, if not the most. Shawna was very patient and helpful trying to get me the right amount of insurance I want to pay and very friendly too. I came in after a bad morning of ICBC phone line giving me the runaround that Shawna fixed in seconds. And she didn't harass me either about renewing so close to the expiry date either, a first!

Had an amazing experience here. They do not try to rip you off and give you the best possible solution.

Just had a great experience with a bad predicament from ICBC . The service was excellent and done without question or worry for compensation. Bobby was a treat to work with and very professional. I sadly renewed with another agent and things didn't go well. Bobby saved my day. I have insured here before and Always have had excellent service. Highly recommended.

This is my favorite car insurance place! Always quick, answer my questions knowledgeably without having to call someone else, and even saved me 5% on my insurance yearly. I only go to this location now for any ICBC needs, specifically to see Bobby because he is great! Not to mention I can swing by while I'm getting groceries at Super Store.

Had a somewhat complicated list of things to accomplish, and the person who helped us was CLEARLY knowledgeable and made the process super easy. I say this because i went to a london drugs insurance person previously who said what i needed done couldnt be done by them, i had to call ICBC which wasnt in the end, true. So two thumbs up for SUSSEX!

Brenna helped us and she was awesome, patient, listening, and understanding. She explained things to us in a way to help us understand what was best for us and definitely made it seem like she was there to help us. Ivan also helped things along and was patient despite there being a bit of a language barrier between us.
