Burquitlam Funeral Home

In December my beautiful Aunt passed away unexpectedly. I called Burquitlam funeral home and from the first contact kindness came through the phone. It was easy to make an appointment and we met with the director who guided my Uncle and I through the process with warmth and ease. It was a hard day but we felt that my Aunt was in caring hands with the staff here. We feel very good about our choice to use Burquitlam funeral home. We felt like we were treated genuinely and fairly for what we wanted. I would recommend them to others without hesitation.

Samantha and her team were very compassionate and professional throughout the entire process of getting my late brother half way across the world with dignity. Thank you Samantha, grateful to you and your team.

With the recent passing of my father we have had to deal with so many different things that people have to do when something like this happens. I must say that everyone that we worked with at the Burquitlam Funeral Home made the whole process much easier and were extremely helpful all the way through during this difficult time. Wow where to start . I would highly recommend this funeral home , there customer service was top notch and will do everything in there power to make the experience run smoothly. I was in certain situation where I lost my wife at a very young age and had a 2 year old son at the time , our funeral director Mark was empathetic, understanding and gracious to help to make sure my wife was buried with out having extra stress during this difficult time . Great place for funeral needs

Really dissatisfied with the tone and "snapback" from Mark. I was just seeking information and he was quite rude and clearly had no time for me.

Make sure you price compare with other funeral homes. My wife's family didn't because of the emotional nature and later found out that they paid three times what others charge for a cremation with no service. I wouldn't want anyone to make the same mistake while being overwhelmed because of their loss.
