No high pressure tactics from him whatsoever, and he did not have a "car salesman" feel about him, so the experience of buying a car from him was quite pleasant. I'm sure a lot of people can relate, but I hate interacting with car dealers as too many are pushy and aggressive. I hate negotiating and waste hours of my day. Team West Auto Group's prices are reasonable to begin with and the cars are in excellent condition too. Dan is such a down to earth guy, you know you're in good hands when you start talking to him. Can't forget about Erwin too, he was the nicest insurance agent I've met.

If I ever have to buy another used car, I know I'll come back here!

Recently bought a used SUV from Dan. The process was very smooth and communication was great. I did need some after purchase follow up to fix a small error which Dan fully resolved...post sales service is what separates the good used car dealers from the shady ones, and Dan has been nothing short of excellent.. I will definitely do business with him again if I get the chance.

Bought a 99 Cougar yesterday. Dan was professional, friendly, and gave me a great deal due to a minor issue (he even included the necessary parts with the car). A couple more minor things came up after bringing the car home but Dan was quick to help with that as well. Would definitely recommend and would be my first stop the next time I need a car.

I have bought the fairly aged honda SUV that drives perfect without any issue so far!
Even my mechanic surprised how nice the car is.
I also purchased third party warranty, as a peace of mind, that become almost useless as car has 0 drivetrain issue and i’m happy with it lol.
I was being traumatized by other dealership where have rushing and unknowledgable team, but Dan really made me get over that. He’s the man if you’re looking for buying used car!

*Little updates few months after purchasing a car, it had a some minor issues so i had to spent few $ on fixing it. But guess what! I’m still happy. Car is on amazing condition, and i can’t imagine buying 21 years old SUV with 0 accidents & even 0 claim! Hardly recommend this dealership :).

Dan was very easy to deal with. He walked me through the process and stayed late to get the deal done. He even brought the car over to my place so we could make sure it fit in my parking spot before committing. Like most dealers currently, test drives are limited to committed buyers only. But if you're serious, Dan will treat you right.
