Huge shout out to Nathalie at this location. She was incredibly helpful in assisting me to access mail that I had assumed would be mail forwarded and walked me through all the steps to be able to attain my mail! Thank you!.

If you could train your drivers better to update package delievery status, that be great 👍. My tracking shows its still in transit, it got sorted, and no further update if it was delivered or not.

I got my package by 3. But did I know that it delivered? No I sure didn't. I walked down and seen it sitting in the mailbox with no tracking update. And I have proof too if needed.

Paid 20$ to have a package shipped from a friend in New Brunswick to me in Morinville.
Canada Post failed to deliver it, failed to give me a pick up slip, then returned it to the sender, claiming it was "unclaimed by recipient (me)". Even though I never received the package OR ANY notification of where to claim it!
When asked for a refund for the shipping over the phone, they only sent the sender a partial refund when it should have been the full amount, because this was entirely Canada Post's fault!
AND, AND! They charged her another 12 dollars to collect the returned package!
So in total we've already spent close to double the amount just to collect it and try and ship it again!
If they again fail to deliver the package or fail to put the pick up slip in the correct mail box, I don't know how much more mad and extremely disappointed I can get.
Will update my review if I get my package after the second attempt.
UPDATE: Package arrived, but tracking has not been updated (it has been over a month since delivery)

lady wouldnt let me use her packing tape to seal my package , she said i had to buy some so i went to shoppers post office down the road and they let me use theirs no problem

Construction in my area, no work has been done for over three weeks and no equipment or blockades around or blocking mailboxes. One neighbour gets his mail and majority of our block hasn’t. Parcels show delivered but are not (4lb parcel) and notification not provided at door. I went in and staff said it is unsafe to deliver (ramp to post box was provided) and that the only mail I had in 3 weeks was 3 envelopes and two newspapers. There was no notice to citizens affected that mail needed to be picked up at the post office. No help from staff, seemed like they didn’t care and would not assist in problem solving, just excuses with no resolution. Who pays Canada posts wages??? Oh… we do! I will be supporting guardian drugs post office going forward. Disappointing. But Lori… she is AMAZING! A machine really and so pleasant.

Tried to get a mail box for our new address, even was trying to close our old one. One lady was lovely, trying to help. Because I had sensitive information comming to the new address that I cannot miss due to a timeliness. She was overruled by rude and a trainee who was learning quickly, to give problems instead of solutions. Even holding the mail to be given to me directly with government id was refused??? Anyways found the lease they needed to get it done. But still 2 days later nothing done. I called once, was told it should have been done, received one call back while working with not so much as a message left. Tried calling back with no answer and tried the mail box again today. Nothing. Now In total after the holiday I'll loose 8 days before I have access to these documents, I still need to get to the boarder. No care for peoples time. Literally it's your problem not ours responses. Then when you solve the issue, no follow through on their end. Still just my problem.

Went back in to try and figure this out,
Was given a new key, and told it would be done today, do you think it was???? NOPE
The incompetence is incredible

There delivery driver left every mailbox compartment open on our street.... I had a very expensive package in the big box and it is fortunate I got it before someone stole it due to their negligence. Absolutely ridiculous this can happen.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. They have no clue what their job entails or how to speak to customers politely. I will always be happy to give Guardian Meds Canada Post my business instead.

Canada post app says item was delivered and I have been standing on my porch waiting.

They continue to disappoint. I paid for delivery. Driver was allowed to make the decision to not deliver and now I have to go pick it up.
Worst customer service ever.
