Brought our food out and carefully checked it against the receipt.

When we spilled a milkshake they replaced it happily and cleaned it up thoroughly and quickly with a smile. Manager and staff were wonderful.

Excellent place! Staff is so friendly and it’s clean there and I always get help! Only problem is, since I don’t do drive thrus or go inside I do online where I park at the spot and they bring it right out. It’s supposed to be faster, but every-time for 10 times I’ve done it it takes 15-20 minutes :/ I know they have drive thru and customers and may be busy I totally understand that I’ve worked retail and plus they half to make it/cook the food and have it ready but that amount of time waiting all the time is a lot :( it’s okay I appreciate the hard work. It also helps me get points on the app when I do this and sometimes we have anxiety to go in or we need a wheelchair, or we can’t speak or not wanting to get others sick and if we need somewhere to be then we do this so it’s faster for a quick grab but it’s never actually convenient to these people or fast…

Not only was the staff super friendly but I've never had a mcdonalds meal so fresh in my life. Like the nuggets were hot from the fryer, fries perfect, and my friends burger tasted freshly made as well. I didn't know mcdonald's could taste so good. I'm use to the reheated, stale taste. Great job! Be proud!

Saw the one star reviews and had to try it out. Service was normal; not overly enthusiastic, but no cause for concern. We ordered five large fries with sweet & sour sauce and they all came out fresh with more than enough sauce to share between our group which is nice. There was a little bit of confusion in terms of where to wait. The clerks weren’t too talkative, but that wasn’t enough to warrant a bad review. Granted, it wasn’t busy so we got good service. Overall, good Mcdonalds for a small town. 100% would go back again the next time we drive through Morinville.

Stopped for supper on the weekend after Lite up event. This crew is amazing. They were so busy. Jacob the team leader made sure all orders were right and hot. Best service and food when Jacob is on. We will only be back when he is on shift. I hope the owners realize what a great lead he is.

Many improvements since they opened up. Mostly every time I go through the drive thru my order is spot on and the staff are very friendly.

Small town beauty!

Went thru drive thru yesterday afternoon, ordered 5 ice cream cones for my kids (hot day). There was a mix up in the order when we went to pay but they quickly fixed it. (Fixed in less than 1 min) The young girl was helpful and friendly, she made the experience really good by staying professional and thinking quickly to resolve the issue. We left with 5 cold delicious vanilla cones and 5 smiles. Thank you.

Great team of teens/young adults that work here and go the extra mile. Always very friendly and positive and look relatively happy which is not often the case in fast food. Me and my friends often grab fries when we are in town getting ice cream from The Ice Hut and every interaction with the employees have been awesome. Keep it up!

Good visit, there was issues with their systems to the point where they couldnt take orders. But they handled it professionally and even with the problems, we were served quickly and the food was fresh

Gone in for a grab and go, the service is the same and fast pace. Nothing remarkable that can be said other than good job on my Chicken Mcmuffin and tea.

It's a good mid way stop the restrooms are clean when I visited.

Fairly new store but the kinks seem worked out. Food and pricing as expected, clean tables and bathroom. Pleasant staff. My favourite coffee.

I see a lot of bad reviews for this location, for me I have never had a issue here. I do think it is because of the quality of people they hire. Lots of kids still in school just trying to get spare money. With most people not taking their job seriously of course the quality will go way down...

Did the drive though, love the pay a first window and pick-up at the second window, staff very polite and friendly. Food was good.
